I ordered two white pines, two goji berries and one elderberry plant, All the plants arrived in good shape and looked very healthy. I planted them immediately and all are doing well so far. Will not know until the next few years how well the berry plants produce but for now they look healthy so I am hopeful.
So far I like Fast Growing Trees a lot. I say so far because I still haven't received my tree. It's not expected to ship for another four weeks. Hope I'm still happy when I get it.
Very happy with the selection -- we ordered peaches, pears, plums, figs, cherries, and pomegranates -- and the speed and method of delivery. Still waiting on one of 12 trees ordered (as informed when I ordered), but everything has shown up in a timely fashion and in good condition. Time will tell if we end up with the mini-fruit grove we are aiming for!
I received a set of 10 1-2' green giants… they all arrived right at 12"… was hoping for a little bigger… but they were all green and ready to be planted. It's been about 4 weeks and they have done great so far. Pleased with the quality and customer service. I'll get more plants from here.
Was super doubtful buying a plant online. Fast growing tree beat my expectations. The plant came in great condition and is super healthy better than what I was thinking.
I purchased 3 magnolia gems in 2019 it is now 2021 and they are healthy and growing. I purchased an additional magnolia gem at the end of August. The plant died within 30 days and FastGrowing Trees sent a replacement. The replacement is doing well. I would and will definitely order from FastGrowing Trees again.
Ordering was easy, customer service was great. I am concerned about the tree as it came with no leaves and is smaller than expected. Hopefully spring brings much budding and growth! That is the promise but I am a bit skeptical but hopeful.
Our trees never showed up so don't k ow what they look like or if they will ever make it here. Wasted 2 days waiting for delivery but trees never showed up. They were supposed to be here 16 Nov - called FedEx…. They can't tell me what happened or where the trees are located. They told me to wait 72 hrs and then call them back. I've done that 3x now and still no luck. You need to find a better way to ship oversized items. Overall very unsatisfied - would not recommend this company to anyone.

I've been meaning to order from this site for a very long time. I don't have a big pick up truck to transport a big cypress tree and then planted in my yard. So I ordered a cypress tree from this site. I ordered the tallest one. 5-6 feet. And shipping was very slow. I was concerned about the health of the tree because I knew it would be sitting in a box for days. When it finally did arrive, it was much much shorter than I had thought. It's probably about 3 feet tall. I know that it will grow fast, but it just seems like it was a lot smaller than what I thought I was paying for and ordering.

The tree I received had dead leaves on it, I planted it and it never developed or grew. I asked for a replacement of which I spent $40 on and same thing. It arrived in poor shape and I planted it and it appears dead. I sent pictures and have had no response.

I ordered fig to surprise my husband so i choose black mission fig. After the order is placed i mention to him about black mission fig, he said doesn't like it because it's small variety.

It's no longer a surprise because i had to call the company to switch it with a fig that bears bigger fruits. Kindly and patiently the staff walked us through the type of figs they carry.

The plant came dead. I called the customer service, they brushed me off saying to give it up to the week to see how it was doing. It was as dead as it came. I waisted $75.00 and had to throw the plant out. The money were never returned. Bad business. Bad review. I will be posting this review online.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
