Planted tree about 1 month ago and the tree is doing great. It hasn't even lost it's leaves yet. It looks very healthy and I can't wait to watch it grow.
I have had good experiences with plants from fastgrowingtrees in the past. This order was a total disappointment. This time the plants looked terrible. One looked like it had been cut off and the other looked trash..

I've only had one instance recently when the trees were shipped a day later than promised, but mostly the distribution through FedEx works wonderfully. I highly recommend their services and products.

I unboxed my holly tree and planted it the same day it arrived. While it is still pretty small, it appears happy and healthy, and hopefully will do quite a bit of growing during the next year.

Delivery and condition of plants upon arrival were good. But biggest problem was the size of plants. I had paid for twenty thuja green giant of 1 to 2ft. None of them are 2 ft. And all are barely 1ft!

I ordered Peach, Black Walnut and Mulberry trees. After making the order I realized that I ordered the wrong kind of peach tree and the one I ordered wasn't hardy to our growing zone. I got a very quick response from customer service and they happily replaced the ones on order with the trees hardy to my zone. The trees all got here quickly with good packaging. I only had to trim one branch from a larger peach tree. They have all taken very well to the spots I've planted them and appear to be very healthy. Looking forward to watching them grow. Thank you.

Out of the 3 trees I expected to plant there wasn't any that were worth shipping to me. I gave this survey 3 stars only because after emailing FGT the photos of the condition of the 3 trees they were kind enough to refund my money in full. For that reason alone I may give FGT another chance, but not until next year.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
