I ordered a lemon tree and they sent me a straight tree with no branches. Not good quality. I filed a message with a photo and received no response.

I had and entirely positive experience with FastGrowingTrees. They communicated well, the tree arrived safely and on time. I've got it in the ground and I'm looking forward to watching my beautiful Maple tree grow.

The service was amazing and they stand for customer service.

My little tree was delivered to me within a week of completing my order and everything was packaged exactly as described on the website. I unboxed my holly tree and planted it the same day it arrived. While it is still pretty small, it appears happy and healthy, and hopefully will do quite a bit of growing during the next year.

I have bought most of my trees from here and they all arrived timely, boxed well and in good condition.

Delivery and condition of plants upon arrival were good. But biggest problem was the size of plants. I had paid for twenty thuja green giant of 1 to 2ft. None of them are 2 ft. And all are barely 1ft!

Easy to order, very protective packaging, speedy delivery and trees looked great! Can't wait to watch them grow in the spring!

I ordered Peach, Black Walnut and Mulberry trees. After making the order I realized that I ordered the wrong kind of peach tree and the one I ordered wasn't hardy to our growing zone. I got a very quick response from customer service and they happily replaced the ones on order with the trees hardy to my zone. The trees all got here quickly with good packaging. I only had to trim one branch from a larger peach tree. They have all taken very well to the spots I've planted them and appear to be very healthy. Looking forward to watching them grow. Thank you.

My plant leaves got yellow 2 days after I received the product

Out of the 3 trees I expected to plant there wasn't any that were worth shipping to me. I gave this survey 3 stars only because after emailing FGT the photos of the condition of the 3 trees they were kind enough to refund my money in full. For that reason alone I may give FGT another chance, but not until next year.

We only just discovered this summer a mature tart cherry tree growing here in Jackson
Hole and wished we had known 15 years ago when we first arrived that they would grow in this harsh climate (think 40 below). So with 5 grandkids under 5, I had to get some in the ground fast. I found two varieties (one for each new grand baby this fall) for better yields and cross pollination and they came adequately packaged and went in the ground before the snow started flying. Next summer we can begin watching all of them grow together.

Trees arrived super fast and were well packed and in great condition. My son recommended and I would order again.

I bought several things from fast growing trees and highly recommend anyone else to do the same. In fact I look at the line of 10 foot tall junipers along my back fence blocking my view of the neighbors and think wow! Those trees came in 2 small boxes 6 years ago and look at them now.

Ordered a plum; at twice the usual cost online... but the tree was worth it on foliage and the roots were in decent shape. If not for the way the tree branched out; in a couple years the main trunk will break off for sure. Way low on the trunk where the tree forks. It didn't fork properly and will have a short life as a result. Grow enough tree's and you'll understand such. Those first branches are critical; on how they developed.

Packaging was nice, tree was the size promised. Covered in wonderful leaf's and happy.

It was delivered tby accident o a wrong place/address.
It dried out in the New Mexico sun before I found it by coincident. Now I have 30 days to find out how the tree is doing...
I am not a happy customer and it looks like the $130.- Dollar are lost...

Tree came with several dead branches. Don't know if it will survive.

The Merlot Redbud tree (4-5 ft) that I ordered is barely 4 feet tall, and is basically a twig. Very poor value for $140.

We ordered 6 trees recently. We were provided a shipping update with one tracking number. This generated initial concern because it was communicated as though our entire order was shipped together. We got two trees initially on Sunday and then the remainder of our order days later. The Mimosa tree arrived with the last order and was delayed per Fed Ex three times (originally scheduled to be here Saturday but instead arrived Tuesday afternoon.) By the time it arrived, it was a 6ft stick with two 10 inch branches-each with one leaf but both had already fallen off during extended transport. I understood it would still be small but will never pay extra for additional height again; had I ordered a 2ft size I would have expected a small thin trunk with almost nothing else. I expected something more for the additional cost/height. We've planted the tree with fertilizer and soil purchased from your site. We're caring for it in the hopes Spring brings good news but very disappointed. The other 5 trees-evergreens-look to have survived the shipping fiasco but will stick to local nursery next time instead. Lack confidence in your shipping process and why a 6-7 foot tree would have no branches.
