I ordered a weeping willow that came almost dead. The tree was in pretty bad shape and as expected didnt even last a day. The day after I planted it the few leaves it had were on the ground and in less than a week the tree died. I take very good care of my garden so this was unexpected

A very fun product! We got the combined lemon/lime tree. It was delivered quickly and looked very healthy. Excited to start getting some fruit!

I purchased 2 batches of 10, "1-2 feet tall" Thuja green giants. I was disappointed in the characterization of height, given the the tallest of the batch was nearly 1 foot tall, but none were anywhere near 2 feet. Further, after I received my order, I went to home depot and they were selling Thuja green giants that were easily 2 feet tall for $6.95 (versus roughly $16 per plant I purchased from fastgrowingtrees). Look, I understand at the end of the day the trees will probably grow and be fine, but I didn't appreciate the description as 1-2 feet when they were hardly that, especially for the price. On the plus side, the trees were healthy and in good shape when I received them thanks to thoughtful packaging, although that's merely meeting baseline expectations, no bonus stars for shipping me plants in good condition.

Ordered a 4-5 ft Contender Peach tree. It arrived very well packaged and larger than expected. It was well pruned and shaped for shipping.

The plants were not vibrant but looked like they wouldn't make it. The avocado tree had only a few leaves on it and it was replaced with a more vibrant one which was good. The Jade Pineapple is very bad and looks very bad. I replanted it and gave it some fertilizer and it is barely making it. The blueberry blue is in the dormant stage and therefore has no leaves on it and hopefully it will come back in the spring. I am very dissatisfied with this and I love plants and I have a definite green thumb but this order was so very disappointing. I would like to send the pineapple plant back and get my $$ back for this plant. I will send a picture. If you think it will make it and get vibrant, I will do everything I can to save it.

The website is easy to navigate and ordering was as simple as online ordering can be. Delivery was fast and the plants arrived in good condition. The only thing that I would offer as criticism is that the plants do not come with care instructions. And printing from the website isn't easy. As someone learning gardening, something like a care card would be incredibly helpful.

It arrived looking totally stressed and dried out. We are dong everything we know of to help it survive including adding the soil we bought from you.

Positive experience with this company, trees arrived perfectly healthy and clearly identified. A little pricey, but if they produce years earlier than other options, well worth the price.

Unfortunately the poor plant appears to have not been transported correctly. When it arrived quite a few branches were broken and most of the dirt was out there put exposing the root system. We put it back together as best we could. The tree appears to be in shock since it is showing signs of wiring and dying leaves and branches. I am hoping it will come back and an quite glad I bought the warranty.

FastGrowing Trees has okay plants... have npurchased various plants several times... the company also was fine on replacing plant when required...

Ordered 3 3-4ft Norway spruce. Waited 2 1/2 weeks with no communication from company. Called and was told they were on backorder and would not be available until spring of 2022. Was able to amend order to 2-3 ft trees which were still available. Took another week for them to arrive. Company should have notified me of backorder; I would have changed order immediately and gotten my trees planted earlier in the fall.

Very helpful with the decision about what I needed, wanted and how to care for it when it arrived. Came on time, carefully packaged, easy to remove, easy to get it looking at home in its new inviourment.

I ordered a Japanese maple tree and a Japanese umbrella tree. They were delivered when promised and came with care instructions. My landscaper planted them, and now I'm faithfully watering them. Easy peasy.

After shopping for ages for the tree we wanted we found fastgrowingtrees.com. I thought we'd finally found what we were looking for. The images and description depicted what we were after! What we got was a tiny little seedling! While it measures within the dimensions promised, that's only because 2/3 of the height is made up of the plastic container the seedling comes in. So, when the description says your tree is approximately 24", what it means is, your "tree" is 8" in a 16" container. For the price, I could've gone to Home Depot and for 10 of the same thing. Really disappointing.
