They sent three shipments to get two unbroken trees to me. You could charge less for your product if you didn't waste so much money with poor shipping packaging of the trees. All three shipments were packaged the same. Unbelievable
The process was great - easy to order, timely shipping and delivery, tree arrived early and fresh smelling. The trees are pretty, but a bit tall and narrow, rather than round and full. Overall I'm satisfied, and would consider again.
I orders 2 Queen Palms. They arrived in one box. The pots were at opposite ends of the approximately 6 ft. Long box. There was insufficient rigidness to support the middle of the box. As a result the trees arrived irretrievably broken in the centers of both trees. So easy it would have been to include a stiffening agent of some kind to prevent this from happening. Very disappointing. However, FastGrowing trees did provide me an immediate full refund which resulted in an ultimately satisfied customer.

Plants were slow to arrive and in poor condition. I believe they were mishandled by the delivery service. They also were not close to being the same size and way overpriced. Next time ill purchase from my local nursery.

Olive trees were ultimately fine but their boxes did not arrive in great shape - multiple indentations, dirt unmoored, broken tree supports
The trees are so small they can't pass their first year… and mine were supposed to be hardy… one winter was enough to take them.

I bought a clementine tree and a autograph tree, the clementine tree where very healthy and in good condition but the autograph tree had gone thru some bad times, it was so much bigger than I expected, about 6f tall and skinny, I wonder why it havent been pruned. And most of the leaves are damage, only half leaves, yellow or broken. The tree was cheap so maybe thats why, I dont know where the price range are.

I've purchased 7 plants so far, and had a great experience. Good, healthy plants and great customer service. FedEx botched the shipping on two of the plants, but FastGrowingTrees was quick to make it right, sending out new plants immediately. And when we had an unexpectedly early freeze, their customer support was happy to answer my questions about how to best take care of my newly planted trees.

I want to start by saying the customer service is excellent, in particular Alicia is great.
Overall I am upset with the condition the plants arrive and how they are package. On multiple occasions I made orders of four or more plants and instead of packaging them so that they fit comfortably in the box, all the plants were stuffed in one box each time. On each occasion the plants came with broken limbs and with the leaves all on the box because they became knocked off during transit.
Whenever I was dissatisfied with my broken plants Alicia would replace them no problem. I just never understood why it would get to that point since I complained several times about packaging.
Another complaint I have is plants that are already in dormancy for the year are sent. I wish if the plant is already dormant, that be stated so that when I receive a plant it doesn't look dead. Also, I wouldn't buy a dormant plant to begin with. I don't want to hope the plant wakes up.
The plants that were shipped separately are thriving, so I have hope. I just wish the shipping department didn't try and save a dime by stuffing 6 plants in one box, 3 times, after I complained the first time. It does not make any sense putting plants upside down in a box.

Easy to place an order and to pay through Amazon. Ordered a Rainbow Eucalyptus Tree that did survive the shipment. We tried to resuscitate it for three weeks without success. Called FGT's Customer Service, and Christopher helped us with a replacement. FGT lives up to their warranty promises!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
