Trees came quickly and well packed. Didn't know the overall height included the rootball so trees were shorter than expected but they were in nice shape and healthy and took to planting well.
Its like they mailed 2 bare branches with no established roots and put then in a small pot of dirt... I cant believe I paided so much for what seems like 2 dead branches...

Ordered Lavendar, Variegated Lemon, and a 3 foot bhudda's citron. The soil they sent in would not dry out. Too much peat. It also came with fungus gnats.
I repotted everything but it was too late.
The plants roots were pretty shocked and rotted. And all leaves dropped on all plants. Spend your $280 at a local plant shop or make a drive.

The shopping experience with FastGrowingTrees was very easy and shipment was quick. However, the plants arrived much smaller than I expected, and in a somewhat messed up condition. The Red Ruffle Azalea had most of the branches broken off; the Snow-in-Summer Jasmine plant was dried out and not sure if it is going to survive. However, it appears from the inside of the shipping boxes that the damage was a result of rough handling by the carrier. Everything is planted and I am anxious to see the results come Spring.
Delivered to wrong address. I called you and you did nothing when I said it was was delivered and it was wasn't. You said check the neighborhood for it. That was a horrible response. It should have been your responsibility to check it out! Finally a week later one of the new houses several trees away said it was delivered to them but they were out of town. Don't think I'll recommend u to any one! You don't seem to care if the customer gets the products as long as you get the money
We apologize for your experience! A lot of times a package will be marked delivered but it could simply be at your neighbors house or actually arrive a day or two later. We will always take care of you if it doesn't arrive!
I ordered 5 fruit trees, all had disrupted root balls due to packaging. One had 30% of the dirt fall out if the plastic bag the was supposed to capture the container. The fig tree had seven different shoots at the base rather than being trained to be a tree. As a result I paid for a 3 gallon tree that is only 12 inches high on its way to being a tree. Very disappointed
Order process was easy and w/o issues. However was disappointed in shipping results! Several broken branches and the potting soil bags were open and the contents was everywhere! A MESS! Trees have been planted and doing well so far.

When I had a damaged tree all I had to do was send a picture and they shipped me a replacement for free. Very hassle free. And very responsive. I shall return.

My latest purchase, a cold hardy fig tree, did not arrive as healthy as usual. The company immediately responded by sending me a new tree, no questions asked.
Ordered 3 trees from FastGrowing also a pink drift rose. Trees: Pomegranate, loquat, and asian pear. Pom, loquat and the rose came damaged. All planted next day. Loquat was 3-4 ft tree almost dying. Not much optimistic about Pom. Asian peer was 5-6 ft and it has been so far good. Pink drift rose was disappointing. I ordered at the same time from another online provider, huge difference. Not recommending FastGrowing trees. Pictures of damaged items at the time of order delivery are available.

Not as large or full as the same species at the big box stores, and the big box stores have them for less.
I thought these wojld be better quality, but they are not, in my opinion. This is not a bad place to buy, but there are better options.
The four trees we ordered arrive quickly and in good condition. Two were taller than expected! I can't wait until Spring to see them bloom and leaf out.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
