Plants arrived brown and dead. I email for a refund, and was refused because they are claimed to be dormant.

Received a completely broken tree, they failed to properly secure it in the packaging. I contacted them and they did replace the tree free of charge but the second tree I received was also broken although not as bad, but the leaves were moldy and dying. I paid over $80 for this tree so I would have expected to receive something in better shape. Never buying from them again.

We have purchased a few trees, except for the banana tree, all have arrived in great condition. When I have complained about the banana tree, I was told to wait 2-3 weeks and if still not recovered, contact again. Eventually we have received a new and better looking banana tree with only the delivery payment. I was happy about the quick response time from the company

Unfortunately, most the trees I ordered online died within the week of delivery.

The colorado blue spruce tree arrived on time and in good shape.

The plants were packaged extremely poorly, crushing eachother, nothing to keep them separate from eachother or from moving around the box.

I was disappointed in the tree, it was very skimpy, missing limbs in some areas, does not look like the photos of the other trees. It was growing crooked I had to plant it at an angle to get it to grow straight.
I requested a full refund, I was denied and offered a refund in 27.00. So, I accepted this amount because it did not look as if I was going to get a refund. I would have had to pay for shipping and a restocking fee.

Very happy with my purchase. Unfortunately the first shipment was a disaster but once I contacted them and sent pictures, they send a replacement the following day. I will certainly be back. It's nice to know that it's a guaranteed that you will get a beautiful plant. Thank you.

I ordered 6 trees. They shipped only 4 and closed the order out. Of the 4,1 was defective (trunk growth defect easily seen in the last 2 yrs) and 1 was not labeled. I think it's the wrong tree.
After calling, they shipped the 2 that they missed and 1 to replace the defect. But I'll have to wait until spring to see if the suspected wrong one is indeed the wrong one.
They should check their work before shipping out.

The box showed up ripped and the trees had the tips broken off along with branches

I bought a Honeysuckle plant for a present. The product that came was exactly what I expected, if not better. However, Fed-Ex took longer than expected to deliver it. Even though it took longer than expected, everything came safe.

I ordered around 8 trees and half came with little or damages leaves. One died a few weeks after.
I sent an email with pictures to customer service but had no response.

Ordering was easy, the stock arrived in good, healthy condition, met expectations for receiving what was ordered.

Highly recommend. Yoshino cherry tree came on time. Packaged perfectly and seems to be in great health. Cant wait til spring time to see her bloom! Thank you fast growing trees!

Got just what I wanted, at a good price, delivered to my house.

Love the trees we bought. Excellent products, fast shipping. The only issue is that one of the trees had a broken branch that I felt was significant. When I emailed them, zero response, very disappointing.
