Plants/trees received in great shape, as always. The only problem was that the Root Rocket I also ordered didn't make it in the box. No worries though, I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly. They took care of my concerns right away and had tracking info to me expeditiously. No fuss, no muss.

I ordered two cherry trees. One did not make it and it was replaced with full credit for the old one.

Over all it is a healthy fruit trees. I would not order them during winter time. I think it is the worse time to order tree, since they are at sleep.

Shipping time was faster than expected. This was a gift and the receiver of it was thrilled. She said the tree arrived in perfect condition and looked beautifully healthy. It already has blossoms so she is excited to see results. Thanks for an all round very successful experience.

Replaced tree, but it was not in the greatest condition.
Also, I noticed that I was charged a shipping fee that I don't recall being charged on original order.
In addition, the starter pot was beat up, and the photo showed tree in a planter. If a planter wasn't suppose to come with purchase, it was not made clear that you didn't get one.

Bought as a 80th birthday present for my dad, he was thrilled & we got to plant it together. Thanks for your service

Efficient site, responsive customer service, plants arrived in excellent condition - to my surprise.

My evergreens are so healthy and even smell wonderful. They were planted as quick as they arrived. All appear to have new growth in only weeks. I can't wait to watch them grow.

Ordering per phone was easy and well done. The FedEx experience was no as well done. I appreciated the tracking of the package and the instructions that came with it. FedEx had the package about 3 days according to the tracking and when I called them I was told it would be delivered by the next day. It took them three more days to finally get the tree to me. The box it came in was undamaged and I was able to handle it myself. I also insured it so I will have to wait until Spring to see how the tree fared.

Every plant I ordered was poor quality. For the price, I could have bought local and the plants be way better quality. The sizing is wrong... if they say it is 5', they are including the root ball... I will not buy from them again.

I purchased these four little trees and look forward to watching them grow. As soon as the other items I want come back in stock, I will be ordering them, too.

Trees came quickly and they were absolutely beautiful.

I ordered a meter lemon & a fig tree. They were packaged very well and looked great upon arrival! The lemon tree has healthy leaves & the fig tree had a sprout of new growth! I'm very happy with my purchases! They are adapting to their transplants into bigger pots just fine! Thank you for the beautiful trees!

Overpriced trees, deceptive description on website, bull $#*! customer service.

Three plants were beautifully packed. Two in a dormant stage so, we'll see how they do when they break dormancy. I've always wanted a Myers Lemon. The tree was definitely within the size I ordered, even to the larger size. Within weeks it has put on numerous leaves and an inch of growth.

Nice packaging put the leaves on the tree are dry.
