Unfortunately, both plants arrived in bad shape. The top part of the avocado tree was broken and both, the grape and the avocado plants were literally out of their pot.

The Olive Tree I ordered didn't look like the one in the picture, it was far from it. It was "faint", thin stem, very little greenery. If it wasn't for a bamboo stick holding it, it would easily break. It look almost like a twig. The only thing that seemed good was the packaging. But that's not the reason I purchased the plant.

We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. It looks like we're currently working with you on a refund or a different size to make it right!
Fantastic service! My tree arrived in great shape and was very easy to plant. I got the kit for $15 that had stakes, gloves, fertilizer which was nice to have.
We have ordered several varieties of tree's. They have arrived healthy with complete instructions from when they arrive to how to take care of them after pkanred. My tree's are beautiful from shade trees to fruit treess

My experience was easy to place an order and quick delivery- However, the plants I purchased arrived dead. I am trying to nurture them back. I spoke to someone online and sent photos. They told me it was inconclusive as to why the leaves have all dropped.
It sounds like your plants are experiencing stress from transit. We recommend giving them a few weeks and they'll put out new leaves but if not, we've got you covered!
My order was packaged very well.
Also the planting instructions were good.

Purchased a small eucalyptus tree, the tree was healthy and very full. Packaged perfectly. Would gladly purchase from FGT again!
The sales person was very professional and helpful
50 trees arrived on time and were well packed. At this point they have been in the ground 1 week and appear heathy.
I would do this project again with FGT.
