I ordered 2 Meyer lemon trees, sent to my house. They arrived with the leaves obviously frozen and shriveled - when I called the company, I was told to wait 4 or 5 weeks to see if they would revive. So far, they are still dead.

I ordered the Jacaranda tree in December. Time will tell if that was wise. The tree arrived on time and in good condition, but the leaves began to disintegrate almost right away. The limbs are still green and alive, so I have hope that it will come to life in the Spring. I purchased the warranty, so I'm not too concerned yet. The support team at FGT was helpful when I raised the question about lost foliage.

The site was easy to use, had what I was looking for and shipped quickly. The tree was a lovely size, but had been terribly stressed by the transport and arrived with yellowed and curled leaves. I contact the customer service a week later when there was no improvement and they were very helpful and supportive. Still hoping to nurse it back to health, and they said to call them again after a month if it did not improve.

I was excited to receive my plumeria! When it was delivered, the stems sticking out of the pot and the brown paper were black They were FROZEN The day it was delivered the temperature was 27 degrees. The delivery person just set my plumeria on the front porch!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
