I placed an order for a miracle berry plant and one other plant. I received the one plant but not the miracle berry plant. I received an email stating both plants were delivered. I called the company and was told, "That's strange." I was told I would receive a replacement but the bigger plant I ordered was sold out so I was sent the smaller version. Disappointing.
It was easy, and friendly to deal with, thanks I do not have anything else to say.

My first order was a 5 ft Crape Myrtle. It came with the root ball out of the burlap sack. Never got an answer to my questions. Did not take any pictures of it Because I put it in the ground right away. Was concerned it needed to get planted. Asked questions, no response. This order I recieved it and it had been packed 2 - 5ft. Tree's in a box They put the burlap bag on top of the top branches of the other tree and broke them. I took pictures this time, sent them and told them what happened and still waiting for an answer. So Hopefully it will get resolved. Not asking for a replacement, maybe credit back. And assurance it will still be ok as it grows.

I received a Paw Paw tree and had a question. It looked like a big stick with the top broken off. The person who I spoke to was so knowledgeable. She told me they specifically send them in the dormant stage and how it would grow. I didn't even ask, but she said since the top was broken and they only want their customers to get the best trees, that they would send another. I was thrilled and grateful. The tree already has leaves now! This is a great company - with wonderful trees. I highly recommend them. Can't wait till my paw paw gets bigger and bigger!
The tree was fantastic but the soil is maybe a pint-quart size. I was expecting a much bigger bag for the cost. The root stimulator is small also. Otherwise everything was great. Came fast and in great shape.

We planted day it arrived, it was doing great then our temperature got down in the twenties. Leaves are brown and we're praying the green comes back. Any advice you have would be appreciated!

I love this site! My rose bushes arrived in excellent codition. The planting instructions were easy to follow,. Phone call with a question was promptly answered by a knowledgeable sales agent who was very polite and courteous. All in all a very enjoyable experience. So much so that I ordered a tree.
My last order 1 of the trees I received was damaged, dirt from the pot was all over, not sure it survived.
Although my banana trees arrived frozen two times in a row, I was surprised how easy it was to have new ones shipped. Customer service was very gracious and handled the problem with the utmost professionalism. Will definitely do business with them again.

I recently had a giant thuja that started to turn brown and die a couple weeks after planting, I chatted with customer service and uploaded a photo of what was happening - the agent immediately responded with "were replacing the tree, the new one will ship out in two days"! Wow no hassles and fantastic responsive Customerservice- This level of service is hard to find currently. Every company wants to sell us stuff and then never be available or argue if theres any issues after sale. Highly recommend this 5 star company!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
