I bought 16 Thuja green giants. The website says they are supposed to grow 3 - 5 feet per year. I have had them for a year and a half, and they have barely grown. I bought them at 3-4 feet tall.
Multiple orders, including a few larger 3 gallon shrubs, and several 1 gallon plants. All arrived super fast and in excellent condition, Healthy and ready to plant. I'll order from these people again.

The plant ordered arrived at our daughter's home with only a few leaves. When she called FGT it agreed to issue a credit which is aboutthe same amount as the discounts it currently offers on most of its stock.

After receiving my 1 -2 foot grafted fruit producing condo avacado on 10/22/21 my fast growing tree had zero growth just a slow death. After initial cost of potting the tree there was no growth just slow death. After numerous contacts with them the additional cost of repotting with citrus potting mix with pearlite, purchase of soil moisture meter, and grow light all I got was a slow dying tree.
After all the leaves fell off and 2/3 of the stalk turned brown and died I finally got the start of growth at the base of the tree. Three leaves. So basicly I'm starting out with growth barely above a sprouted seed.

I ordered two cold hardy trees, one is doing fine the other the leaves are dying. I also noticed that the new growth on the one suffering is missing, like it was broke off. It was like that when I opened the box.

I placed an order for a miracle berry plant and one other plant. I received the one plant but not the miracle berry plant. I received an email stating both plants were delivered. I called the company and was told, "That's strange." I was told I would receive a replacement but the bigger plant I ordered was sold out so I was sent the smaller version. Disappointing.

My first order was a 5 ft Crape Myrtle. It came with the root ball out of the burlap sack. Never got an answer to my questions. Did not take any pictures of it Because I put it in the ground right away. Was concerned it needed to get planted. Asked questions, no response. This order I recieved it and it had been packed 2 - 5ft. Tree's in a box They put the burlap bag on top of the top branches of the other tree and broke them. I took pictures this time, sent them and told them what happened and still waiting for an answer. So Hopefully it will get resolved. Not asking for a replacement, maybe credit back. And assurance it will still be ok as it grows.

I received a Paw Paw tree and had a question. It looked like a big stick with the top broken off. The person who I spoke to was so knowledgeable. She told me they specifically send them in the dormant stage and how it would grow. I didn't even ask, but she said since the top was broken and they only want their customers to get the best trees, that they would send another. I was thrilled and grateful. The tree already has leaves now! This is a great company - with wonderful trees. I highly recommend them. Can't wait till my paw paw gets bigger and bigger!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
