I've bought small trees from FastGrowing Trees twice. Both times they have come in good condition and after following the enclosed planting instructions, I've seen new growth within 1-2 weeks.
First time online tree purchase. Package arrived in good condition and was planted the very next afternoon. That was roughly 3 weeks ago. I have watered twice a week since planting, and today I noticed that the leaves are starting to bud out. I have 2 other Pin Oaks that were planted 8yrs ago that have not even started to show any green yet.
Had a problem with condition of arrived trees. Was told to send pictures of condition to them at the *******@fastgrowingtrees.com. Sent pics with a detailed explanation and a question about having a new tree with a better initial shape. No refund was requested, just a better specimen to purchase.
No response. Sent another email to ask for a response………. No response.
Hi. I received a notification that the lychee fruit tree I wanted was back in stock, so I ordered it that same day (3/7/22), and my card was charged the very next day (3/8/22). Several weeks passed…. No tree & no communication from the company. So I decided to call & only then was I told that the tree I had ordered (& paid for) was sold out, and I should receive it at the end of April. I would have appreciated the company being more proactive with their communication as opposed to reacting to my call. I still haven't received any additional communication/information about my order and I'm ready to cancel and request a refund
We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and it looks like the order has been refunded in full!
We are hoping that our crepe myrtle will leaf. So far, 3 weeks on, and no sign of it being alive.
I received an email letting me know the tree I was interested was in stock. So I immediately clicked on the link and placed my order. The website also said the tree was in stock. As of yet, I have not received the tree. When I called, they said it wouldn't ship till April 17.

I ordered two trees on Feb. 28 and as of Mar 28th they still haven't shipped. When I check on line or call the response is the trees "will ship within 1 or 2 days". That hasn't happened. They did charge my credit card for the trees but still no trees.

I never imagined ordering trees, plants, shrubs online, but I took a chance with FGT. All my plans arrived super healthy and happy. I will continue ordering from FGT. If you're trying to decide whether or not to order or not. I would say definitely go for it, but always purchase the protection plan because with plants you just never know. They honor ithe protection plan with no problem at all. For example: I had 3 plants that didn't want to adapt to my area for some reason while the others (same kind) did great. Not their fault. Plants are plants. Missy at FGT sent me out 3 more for replacement. I'm a happy gardener and will be a FOREVER customer of Fast Growing Trees.

Order trees 5' to 6' when the arrived about 4' and skinny looks like sick house plant not trees. Do not order from this company found my trees at Home Depot and Lowes large trees less expensive.
Bamboo tree. Never grew and is full of bugs. HUNDREDS of fruit like flies. They want to charge me for a replacement. I should get a refund.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
