The piece of bush they sent me was partially dead and brittle when I got it, Bush barely alive.

I have order fromfastgrowing trees a total of three times now. There was only one time there was an issue and customer service went above and beyond to fix it. The products are of a great quality as well

I received two trees which had unfortunately been damaged while shipping. Fast Growing Trees was immediately able to send out two replacement trees. Their customer service was terrific.

My tree was shipped quickly and in arrived in perfect condition. I am looking forward to planting it. It already has new growth on it so it is clearly a healthy tree.

This is not the product I ordered. It is completely different ingredients. It is not a good idea to switch a flea and tick medicine that has worked safely on your pet for another product, especially if your dog is an older dog with a skin condition and medical issues.

Great product and most of all the company did exactly as they said they would do. Most garden companies sell product they do not carry and ship long after the need for the product. FastGrowing Trees is a great company.

The trees I ordered were delivered within a week of ordering, they expertly packed and were not damaged. The size and quality of the trees was excellent and they have started to bud four weeks after planting, due to the fertilizer and root stimulator that I purchased.

The value was excellent compared with other like companies and services. I give my highest endorsement and will recommend you to all I come in contact with!

I have been very happy with my orders from Fast growing trees! Very healthy plants and trees. Fast shipping and customer service is great too.

The tree came nicely packaged. I did research on the type of soil, temperature, light, watering, PH etc. the tree likes. I even bought a grow tent with lights as I live in a climate with a cold winter. I use a spritzer a few times a day as it enjoys humidity. I had to call the grow specialist because I have lost so many leaves. She was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely nice. She told me to give it a good soaking and put it in a smaller pot. I hope this tree lives as I have done whatever I could to help it along. Fingers crossed.

Very Happy with what they shipping me!

It is my first time to buy plants on line. I was nervous and not sure how my plants would look. I decided to buy protection plan for all my plants for a peace of mind, since I am not a good tree planting. I was pleased with what I bought. So far I have bought 2 sweetsops (sugars Apple) tree ( 1 tree is larger than the other were shipped), Soursop, Flowering Quince.
The small Sugar Apple tree did not survive. It was heart broken just look at it. I called customer service and they said they will send me a replacement because I got my protection plan coverage. I am very pleased with their service., and that they live up to their words and reputation.

Ordered trees trees have been paid for I have no trees and no one responded to my inquiry-

The plants I ordered came quickly, and in great shape. I even contacted someone through chat about what to do in a cold snap we had, and gave me tips.
