Excellent! I called your company and the man I spoke to was exceedingly kind and informative.
I have bought in the past a lemon tree that was in bad shape when it arrived and not thriving despite all the care and their recommendations. They offered to replace it but they never did.
I gave them a second chance but on second thought cancel the order. I already sent 2 emails but they have not responded to either one of them and instead send me a shipping notification for mid April.
I ordered a weeping cherry tree in the 4 to 6 foot range, wen it arrived in a 70 inch (2 inches short of 6 feet) the top 6 inches and all but one branch was broken off. I immediately contact FGT, and the representative said that they would send me a replacement tree. The tree arrived in the same size box and the top of the replacement tree was also broken off, as a result all but one limb was left intact. This is the exact same damage as the first tree. I didn't even bother to call again. I would suggest that FGT either get a box that won't allow the tree's root ball to slide, or else get a carrier that will keep the boxes upright.

I bought a tree with fertilizer. I know the tree wouldn't have lasted this long without it. The leaves were dry when it arrived but I replanted in a larger container fertilized and removed the dried leaves and I have new leaves everywhere
Ordered 3 avocado trees. 2 arrived in pretty good shape considering the distance and time traveled to northern Washington state. The third tree was more dry than the other 2 and missing most of its leaves. I called and let them know I was refusing the third tree and they politely processed a replacement tree. It delivered and looks great.

The first shipment arrived with broken and chewed up leaves but customer service immediately sent a replacement. The 2nd shipment arrived in good condition but the leaves are really dirty. All in all I would buy from them again. The plants are full of life and well groomed.
Two different orders were sent to me but they were memorial gifts to be sent to two different households in the same family. Their mom had died. But both these plants were delivered to me! I reached out to company, the only response was to copy my address and show me. It cost me additional $72 to re-mail them to the correct addresses. Would not advise using this co.

This 2-3' tree was more expensive than most all trees online but it was the variety I wanted.
It came very well packed and healthy with leaves already coming out. All in all- you get what you pay for and this tree was very healthy and in excellent condition.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
