Ordered items (crape myrtles for zone 6) on March 9. I think FastGrowingTrees is expensive but not many options for these shrubs. Placed order then because I was concerned about items selling out. Received email om March 10 that items had been shipped. I know that I am at the northern end of zone 6 but it really seemed too early for the products to be shipped. Items were scheduled to be delivered Sat. March 12. Snowstorm (not a fluke, expected) arrived March 11 into March 12. Items were not delivered and spent 24 hours sub freezing in Fedex van and delivered Sunday March 13. Tried calling customer service on Monday March 13 to at least document what happened in case items had not survived. Could not get through (all of our representatives are currently helping other customers) so I left name and number for a callback. Best of my knowledge never received a callback. Disappointed. I expected that since I was paying so much for the items, at least the customer service would be good but not the case.
It is one month after our purchase and the tree looks like it's dying. Not happy
The plants arrived within a few days of ordering and the plants are extremely beautiful and healthy.
Just went to local plant shop found they huge trees over 8ft the same name and all for 100$... almost double the size and flowering all over... think I will plant one of those in this trees location and move this one to the back somewhere

Moringa arrived severely wilted and all leaves and branches have fallen off.
Right now… i have a 4 foot stick and i'm hoping it will survive and make a comeback.
I have 10 Moringa trees in my backyard in San Diego and they are delicate plants that need proper attention!

When I first ordered my tree it got lost with FedEx so I contacted FastGrowingTrees.com and they were quick to resolve the issue by sending me a new tree!
I got it quickly and the one that was lost also arrived but the box was destroyed and the tree all broken. I put in a pot and I am hoping it can recovered.
My new tree is growing healthy and I am enjoying watching it grow!

My plum trees absolutely are terrible, I called Thursday 3/31/22 and the lady was extremely helpful and pleasant. However the plum trees that you claim can grow fruit the same year one looks like it was grafted, and both have not been pruned to any viable growth. I personally want my money back. The lady I talked with is sending me a new plum tree for the weakest of the 2 plum trees. From my experience with trees I don't think either one will make it. But I will still try. The peach trees look great, can't complain about them except all the trees delivered have leaves on them and are past the dormant state, so until the weather breaks I have to keep them in the house. Also the price of these trees was very expensive I expected so much more. Very disappointed in the plum trees.

I have been looking for large apple trees and found FastGrowingTrees had the size and varieties I had been look for. I purchased three trees on line and had them shipped to me. They were shipped in two boxes, one in one box and two in another box. The two in one box arrived in great shape and are very healthy and beautiful. The one in one box had the root ball damaged which was in a plastic tub but all was still intact. I planted the trees the next day because they arrived by FedEx very late in the evening. They have been in the ground now for three weeks and the are all doing well. The are big
and beautiful.
The two rose bushes arrived quickly, in good condition and leafedout. Once planted they grew quickly.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
