I place three orders back on March 17 2022 and have only received one. I've checked on the other orders #*******018 and #*******999 and they show Partially shipped. So I inquired about this thru your site and did not receive and answer only an email asking how my overall experience has been, so
my answer to that is it's been frustrating. Sorry to say.

My blackberry and blueberry bushes arrived packaged nicely and looked beautiful. The blueberry bushes already have TONS of berries.

Easy online purchase. Tree arrived alive and well. Transplant success!

My tree arrived in great shape. Put it in the ground this morning.

Plants and trees were packaged well and in good condition. 3 trees in a 20 pack had trunk damage and after sending pics they mailed me 3 replacements with no hassle. I've ordered many trees and this was the only issue and it was handled well.

I always have a good experience with fast growing trees and will continue to purchase there products since they are the best on the market!

I placed my order and they followed up immediately with. Confirmation. They kept me informed of the process from confirmation to delivery.

The 2 to 3' trees Ar e but small twigs. Yet, they were beautifully packaged and received in a timely manner

Shipped fast and the trees look very healthy. Great product and reasonable price.

GREAT, everything came healthy- I did have one cherry tree die, unsure as to why- called customer service and they replaced it no problem!

I had an issue with one of the trees being delayed in shipping. It was quickly and efficiently resolved and my trees arrived within a few days. They were healthy an in good shape.

7 of the 10 shrubs looked fantastic. Will be contacting customer service tomorrow.

The plants arrived very healthy looking. I would like it if they would ad a very blatant tag that says frost sensitive. I had to leave for work shortly after delivery and there was a frost while I was out of town that was detrimental to the plants. Not FGT fault by any means.

One of the 10 small trees was bent over, i might reach out to customer service about this one, but they all otherwise seemed to be healthy, in good shape. I planted them right away, watered, put a little 10-10-10 fertilizer around, then mulched and watered more. It's been raining every other day since so i hope they root happily in their new homes and grow quickly!

Good selection…love that there is a warranty on the trees…can't wait to see what they are like when they arrive.

We have ordered a red bud tree a month ago but as yet it hasn't been received. I noticed that my credit card has been charged promptly. I will be asking for a refund shortly if the tree doesn't arrive. HELP!

I had difficulty getting the order processed online so I called. The representative was well informed and very helpful. The product arrived on time and in good condition. The trees were great. The blueberry bush was a bit disappointing but seems healthy although just a 4 inch twig.

I ordered a few plants, the most mature options. When it came time to plant one it had broken away from the rootball. I called and within minutes they had a new one on the way. It was incredibly helpful. Would absolutely recommend fast growing trees to anyone!
