I was very concerned with the way several of the trees I ordered were packed. Several of the trees were rooted in very loose potting soil, "root ball" (if you can call it that) was wrapped in a burlap bag, and then placed in a plastic bag. The 4-in-1 cherry tree I bought was initially not shipped. When it finally got here it was packaged as described and does not appear to be surviving. The three hybrid poplars and two hazelnut trees I bought appear to be doing okay.

Everything arrived quickly and packaged very well. I got them planted within the next day after arrival and so far everything seems fine and healthy. Won't really know how the do until a couple years of growth. I really hope they grow quickly as advertised

I ordered the 3-4' olive tree and the height is correct but there are only 3 small branches and it looks pretty sad. Hoping it will fill out quickly. The leaves are in good shape and the tree looks healthy.

Trees neatly packed into the box, instructions for planting included. All 3 trees are off to the races, looking good and growing fast.

I received notice my tree was delivered. But no tree. No doubt someone could brush me off with: here is a picture on your porcy

I have had some trees die within in a week of planting.

They did reach out privately and asked me to pay 35 dollars in insurance to replace the 25 dollar tree. Insulting. If you have to have a warranty for a dead tree, ill buy from lowes. It arrived with needles falling off.

My items were the best quality plants I've ever seen I was very satisfied with the way they shipped my plants.

Easy to order. Plants arrived timely, and in good condition. So, I ordered again.

The tree arrived in sad condition and has not improved at all and is probably not alive but we are still hoping for the price i paid this situation should not be like this

Not seller's fault but a risk of on line shopping. Tree was not broken or misshapen but the root ball was shoved around. Planter it anyway and most of tree seems like it's responding to irrigation.

After I figured out how to get to the trees that I could order within California, I found the Meyer Lemon I wanted. It arrived on time, well packed and in good health. It has taken to its container, and I look forward to enjoying lemons in the coming years

We received our trees and good order and were able to plant them right away. They appear to be doing okay, but where a little concerned that we had frost for 2 days shortly after we planted them. Time will tell. Thank You

I feel like the ordering processing was very easy. I enjoyed shopping on the website. Once I figured out what we needed and wanted, I placed the order. Because of our zone, we waited a few weeks for shipment. I am thankful for the knowledge of the trees and when is the best time to plant. Looking forward to years of beautiful greenery.

We received a stick with no root system or evidence of any growth!

Tree arrived in a matter of a few days and in great shape. Its been in the ground a month now and really doing well.
