I ordered 2 trees and a warranty for both plus the feed kit. I received 1 tree and both kits. Only once I asked where the other one was did I find out it's out of stock with no idea when it'll be in. Keep in mind the warranty is effective the day you order it, not when you receive it. I had to call again and request it not go into effect until I receive it. I really should not have been charged for the warranty, or the feed kit until I get the tree.

The 30 Green Giant trees I purchased came well packaged and looked good. Its only been 2 weeks since I planted them but they look good so far. I planted some in clay soil and some in a rockier ground. So far they all are doing well. We'll see how it goes from here!

It was easy to find the roses I was looking for. They arrived fast.

The plants themselves could have been a bit bigger (taller), but they seem to be fine.

Fast growing trees has been great to deal with. That being said, you need to start using a service other than FedEx they keep telling me they're going to deliver on Sundays so I sit there all day Sunday waiting for a delivery that doesn't happen only be told at the end of the day meaning between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. the delivery will be sometime the next day. FedEx is the absolute worst shipping service out there and for some reason you choose to use them.

Trees are healthy and growing nicely. Palm trees that you can't get just anywhere. The 3 gallon are a little smaller than I expected but they arrived within just a few days, in time for Easter and were well packed. A+

We received our order very quickly, they are in Great condition and we are keeping them happy until the ground is pliable enough to plant them

Although we were concerned initially about FedEx delivering live trees, they were delivered fast and in great condition right to our door.

The tree looks fine, but I'm not sure because it has brown spots on the leaves, is it shock or too much nitrogen in the new soil or something else

I am so excited to be getting some landscaping done in our front yard! The plants we chose all came exactly as described and in excellent condition! I can't wait to watch everything grow!

Call me please and we'll talk so I was expected more than I got

I receive these in McCordsville, Indiana the week of March 28th. I believe that it was the 30th actually. They said it was going to be the next week which still seemed early. It was 37 degrees and they were predicting snow that night. I called and the person said that they should not have sent until after last expected frost. Meanwhile, I am trying to water them, get them in the sun and it isn't working too well besides taking a lot of time. Some of the leaves are brown and they are not happy and I don't know if they will even last until I can plant them after the 26th.

Very nice man helped me with the purchase. Very pleased wit the tree. We'll packaged!

We ordered a palm tree and a peach tree. Unfortunately the palm didn't make it. FastGrowingTrees provided a credit that was enough to replace the palm which is now doing fine. I will use them again.

I called for customer service for two reasons: their return policy and internet log in issues. The customer service representative handed both issues without a problem and very quickly and even helped me with a new order.
