Some of my trees are just a trunk no limbs or branches to the side. How are they supposed to generate those?

Easy ordering! Trees arrived in great shape. Beautiful color. And thriving after we planted according to their recommendation and products.

I ordered a dwarf banana and Sylvester palm. Both were very well packaged and in great shape. Will be ordering again.

The plants arrived well wrapped and strong looking. After transplanting to the planters, both plants thrived.

I ordered 2 olive trees. The order was put on hold pending "additional information". The information needed was not detailed but rather the email asked that I call - which I did 5 times. Each time I called the wait time was in excess of 30 minutes. When I left a number for a call back it never happened. So I emailed - no reply. Ultimately my order was cancelled for "lack of response". Ridiculous. Which is a shame as prior experiences have been quite positive. Regardless, we'll not be back.

I ordered a 1-2' banana tree. The shipping was fast. Got it within 2 days. The tree was more like a 3-4' which is even better! I'm glad I ordered from here.

Terrible... charging for goods not in stock is fraud.

Everything I have ordered has come promptly and looked great. I have only ordered things this year so we'll see how all the plants grow but so far they are all doing great! The only suggestion I would make is to have a more detailed plant tag so is novice gardeners have the growing info on the plant for reference. I'm sure I'll be ordering more!

I ordered a 6 foot apple tree and it was delivered a week later. It was nice and tall and already had some branches and leaves. We planted it right away and it has some blooms. Time will tell if it stays alive but it's doing well at the moment. I did buy the extended warranty.

I talked with a team member Elvis today who was very helpful.

Great value. I bought grapevines and the box arrived damaged. They did not hesitate to resend my order. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

Anorexic looking trees. Barely made the height ordered. Trees were partially Brown

If the replacement comes for a tree that was separated from it's root ball in shipping, all is well. I really didn't want to post a negative review but when a company doesn't respond for a week or two, you feel it is the only responsible thing to do. I believe the slow response is due to their busy season. I placed a new order and what amazed me is the speed of delivery. Thank you for following up and fixing this issue.

Purchased this Cherry tree during the Winter when the tree was dormant. When Spring arrived the Cherry tree produced beautiful blooms and now has healthy green leaves!

Received my Red Lilac tree and planted it right away. The next 4 days we had a fierce wind storm, followed by an unusual Spring snowfall (for 2 days), then more fierce wind. My beautiful new tree stood up to it all and looks great. Thank you for sendiing me such a strong and beautiful tree - I await it's blooming period!

Trees were great healthy looking doing well. Hydrangeas were smaller than I expected, but growing well.

The evergreens are ok.

The roses were terrible. Small spindly branches with a few dead leaves. One out of 4 might make it.

I ordered 2 trees and a warranty for both plus the feed kit. I received 1 tree and both kits. Only once I asked where the other one was did I find out it's out of stock with no idea when it'll be in. Keep in mind the warranty is effective the day you order it, not when you receive it. I had to call again and request it not go into effect until I receive it. I really should not have been charged for the warranty, or the feed kit until I get the tree.
