I love ordering through this company but I should have considered the weather. An aloe was partly frozen and some leaves were damaged on another plant. The ups driver can't seem to read as the box is clearly marked with arrows stating which side is up. The damage wasn't enough to contact fgt.
I received my tree quickly and in good condition. I am very happy with the tree, the delivery, and the packaging. I have had other mail order nurseries send the wrong plant, send my plants to the wrong address, and ship in packages that were a pain to get open without damaging the tree. This came within two days of my order and was exactly what I wanted and hassle-free.

WhennI ordered, I checked and I was told, the planr will be shipped in two to three days. After I order I was told it is in the backorder and will take more than 20 days. However, they were good to cancel the order and refunf the money back
We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
This is my second year ordering from Fast GrowingTrees and I appreciate the reasonable prices, customer service and not having to load and unload the trees!
I found the tree that I was looking for quickly and it was easy to compare it to others to make sure it was the best choice for my far northeast climate. It was also important to me to find out its level of deer resistance and I was able to get all of the information that I needed to choose the perfect species. My tree shipped exactly when I was told it would and arrived very quickly, in beautiful condition.
So far all the trees are thriving! I don't have luck growing things so we shall see.
I bought a lemon tree as a gift for my daughter and it died due to shipping delays in the Chicago cold. The customer service rep delayed the shipping of a new tree until it was warmer.

I purchased two different trees online. They arrived quickly and packed very carefully. They were just bare sticks when I planted them and both almost immediately started sprouting new leaves and growth. They seem to be thriving at my home.
I ordered the triple Willow tree was very surprised at the quality the size it was already leaving out I'm excited to see the true nature of this tree the spring. The pine trees I ordered or what I expected I ordered 10 saplings some of them were larger and some were small but that's to be expected when you're ordering saplings. Had to replant one because my pup dug it up. I hope it survives it looks like it's doing OK it was the smaller of them. Excited to see the first 3 feet is it said 3 feet in one year.

I received a healthy-looking Santa Rosa Plum tree and planted it in a planter box with new, organic soil. Within two days 90% of the leaves turned brown, then black and fell off. Customer support advised me it may just be shock from shipping / replanting. I am supposed to wait two weeks and call back. I fear the worse.

The package received two days later than the initial date and tree were stressed and leaves of one were not in a good shape. I had a chat with one of your co-worker and explained everything. She said that if within a month, trees did not recover then You will replace them. We planted them two weeks ago and still waiting to see if they are going to be back in good shape. But not yet ….
Two apple trees and a lemon shrub arrived within a couple of days and all three are thriving. Within a week of planting, we have doubled the number of buds on the apple tree and the lemon shrub is sprouting new leaves. Very exciting and impressive. Overall, fantastic and easy experience!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
