I was so super excited about getting a Philodendron Xanadu and a Ficus triangular and when I got the plants they arrived to me and poor quality they did receive the order and both of the Xanadu's I want happened to cut back most of the leaves because they were rotting and the ficus plant was just dropping in the stream and Mata leaves and as I said they did resend a new plant but the new plant that they sent was so small it wasn't even worth the $39 that was charged so they didn't wind up replacing the Xanadu with the Colocasia halo beauty and so far one of the leaves has died on it that already had came yellowed.
Initially there was a bump with customer service, but in subsequent contacts they've been really stellar. I really value a company with a customer service team that is available, supportive & helpful. Thank you for that!
Recived a twig smaller than my little finger. Hoping it turns in to somting. Until then not impressed.

The tree was supposed to be shipped after April 11th. Received it over two weeks ago. After a phone call, the company said they would replace the tree if need be, since it was their mistake sending it too early. No charge if they have to send me another one.
One can't ask for much more. The tree seemed to be in good shape. It is in the ground and we shall see if it survives.
Followed all the directions to the letter. This tree by no means is the first one I've ever planted.
The tree shipped earlier than I would have expected it is still cold at night with a couple of nights that we had frost but my overall experience was very good
Ordered 2-3 ft trees for 70$ each. They are all 2 ft tall. However, they are so thin. It's just a branch with some roots. It took 10 days to get the trees. They were delayed in shipping. I know it's not their fault but my trees are so small and stressed from the delayed delivery. I wanted to return them but they said I had to pay shipping and a Restock fee. I felt ripped off.

I have ordered azaleas and a banana tree from them and they were shipped quickly and packed very good. They arrived in good condition. The little Conversation Piece Azaleas are already blooming.
I ordered 10 Italian Cypress and 2 cold hardy banana trees. A little concern when they arrived. They ask me to send pics and he agreed that they may have to be replaced. We decided to plant and take it from there. I called today feeling like they are not going to make it. Luke agreed and they are replacing my 10 Cypress at not cost to me. I can't say enough how nice this is and highly recommend this company. Thank you

Ordered 20 and all but two looked great. I contacted customer service and sent pictures of the smaller trees and they replaced them very quickly. I'll definitely do business with them again.

I have tried to call several times to get warranty trees replaced and when I finally get to the music it is taken off the hook and I get ghosted for hours til I end up hanging up. I will not buy from this company again. I have received dead trees and I have received beautiful trees but the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS and that is saying it nicely. I will NOT buy from this company again.
We've ordered two orange varieties, an variegated ficus, and a bay leaf bush. The last was a little on the small side but they all have robust roots and new growth.

Ordered 30 trees, FedEx crushed 4 of them that were inside of 2 boxes and failed to deliver them because the condition was so bad. I called fast growing trees and they had the replacement trees at my door in under a week. I would recommend this company and will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
