The tree arrived in great shape. Actually better than hoped for. The buds are getting larger. Hopefully we'll have leaves soon. I told my neighbor it's not as large as the maple we cut down. He's probably thankful as he got a large percentage of the leaves each year. Our house looked barren without a big tree. Already looking forward to raking leaves in a few years.
First I received all those unhealthy trees, even I tried to rescue them after weeks still look unhealthy. But the company still don't take the responsibility and assume they will be surviving.It's obvious those unhealthy trees won't be grow back normal, the company still want me waste my money and time to try to grow those trees.
Shipping was fast! They had all the kind of trees we were looking for to plant as a privacy fence.

It was easy to find the tree I wanted. My problem is I do not have truck to bring a tree home, so this was nice because it came right to my door. Also, the site tells you what area is good for certain trees. I would definitely use them again.
I purchased the 6-7' flame thrower redbud tree. Upon arrival it had no branches and was just a tall stick. All the branches had been trimmed off. I am very disappointed because I thought I was purchasing a more mature tree for the price I paid. I have purchased a forest pansy redbud from this company and it arrived with many branches and leaves. This company took a huge shortcut cutting all the branches just to achieve height faster. What good is a 6' tree if there is not a single branch on it? It will be ugly to look at and wont provide a lick of shade until next year at least. Im very disappointed in the tree that i received from Fastgrowingtrees and in retrospect should have paid the difference and bought an actual fully branched tree from a local nursery. If I would have known it was going to arrive as a stick I would not have purchased it for the price.

Tree is smaller than expected. Has been planted for weeks and hasn't opened any buds/leaves yet. Is crooked. Bought another, as tall, double size trunk, much less expensive at Lowes and it's much more impressive and opening buds/leaves now, though planted 2 weeks later. Overall, not impressed with what we got for the money.

Plants arrived dried out with stems cut way back. Some branches broken in shipment as they fell out of cradle. This is my second attempt (and most likely the last) with these two plants.

Trees were very healthy, straight trunks, shipped with excellent packaging and a great price.
They mistakenly shipped me a couple of azaleas that I didn't order and when I called to ask how to handle this, I immediately got a real person on the phone and she was very helpful. I ended up giving them away to someone who needed them. FastGrowing Trees did not charge me for them.
So far so good. I suggest immediately repotting in something larger with miracle gro soil and food spikes. Since I did that it's grown 2 big beautiful new leaves.
My last order was for a Parlor Palm and an Umbrella Tree. The palm was listed as 6" and when it arrived it was at least double that size very full and healthy. The Umbrella Tree was listed as 3'-4' and I honestly expected it to be on the smaller side but when I opened the box I was shocked. It was so big and so healthy I couldn't believe it. I potted it, shined up the leaves, and found just the right spot for it. Within a couple of days it responded to its new environment like it was always meant to be here.
Te peach tree is doing well, the cherry tree was not in good shape when it arrived…very wilted and dry/crumbly. It was planted immediately, but is not doing well.
We have freezing weather in Michigan. I don't understand why the shipment was delivered.

My Desert Rose tree arrived damaged. I took photos and contacted FGT on a chat communication. They immediately offered to replace my damaged tree. I was thrilled. It's always great to get a fast response to my complaint.
Always fearful that the common carriers will harm my order. As of now only can order when the ambient air temp permits.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
