I recently ordered 2 columnar apple trees 1 of which is growing at a 20% angle (not columnar) maybe a poor grafting. Not sure.
I got 50% off of this tree but would of rather got a replacement tree.
Item description very clear. Packaging was outstanding. Plants were in great shape upon arrival. Ordering was simple and easy. Short time from ordering to delivery. Product was worth the price I paid. Will order again.

I purchased a bearss lime and cavendish banana. Both trees were tiny. The lime tree looks like it's less than a gallon in size. The banana tree wasn't much bigger and it arrived with every branch broken. I called and asked for a replacement and was advised that the tree would be just fine. I explained that I would never buy a tree that looked like this from one of the local nurseries, and they agreed to send me a replacement. After waiting almost a week, I received another tiny lime tree instead. I used the chat feature on the FastGrowingTrees website and after waiting for more than an hour for a response, I realized they were closed. No call back, but the next day I received an email saying that a new cavendish was on the way. It was 97 degrees when they left it upside down (again) on my porch. By the time I got home from work, the tree was dead. I mean dead. The brown roots stunk and they split apart when I tried to plant the tree. I wish I had just gone to the local nursery.

Ordering was easy. With the shortage of workers, I watched my box sit in Omaha for 48 hours. When I received the trees, 11 out of the 12 were in great shape. The 12 had very little dirt around the roots but was still green. I planted it and within 48 hours it started to turn yellow. I don't believe it will last. This was my fault... should have sent it back with the lack of dirt and sitting for so long in Omaha.

I purchased 4 trees and 3 arrived perfect, one was damaged in shipping. I called their helpline and the customer services has been amazing. They sent me a new tree to replace the damaged one in a matter of days, and they didn't want the damaged tree back. I cut it back and the damaged tree is going to survive, so I have another tree now, didn't have to fight with customer service, didn't have to package anything up and arrange pick up times for damages. It sucked one tree showed up damaged, but Fast Growing Trees went above and beyond to get it right. No one can control packages from being damaged in shipping, but people can control how they handle it when packages do get damaged and I appreciate them doing what they said they would do.
I've ordered 4 different variety of trees and every tree was delivered and in tact. They looked healthy right out of the boxes and they are doing great in the ground so far for the past few weeks.
The description of the tree described the tree as being 2-3 feet and when it arrived it was barely not even 1 feet. It was nearly dead and all the leaves where dried and now im waiting to see if it will survive. You guys also charged me 1-2 day shipping and the tree got here a week after I got it. Its absurd that I had to wait 1 week when i got charged extra so it eould get here 'faster'.

The cinnamon tree came, but some of leaves seemed burnt.
The other (gardenia, Chinese chestnut and honey berry) plants were perfect.
We live in California and our five shrubs arrived speedily and in excellent condition. They have been in the ground for one month and so far are thriving.
Great experience, but there shouldn't be TAX on plants! Also, I order a 2qt plant, but in an email from FGT.com the vendor only sent 1qt plant. FGT wanted to know if I wanted a 1qt plant, plus $10 gift card. NO! Send me two (2) 1qt plants! I don't want a $10 credit for a future purchase. Make it right with customer; FGT should reverse the whip onto vendor.
I ordered Blue Lyme Grass, 1 gal size. They arrived in great shape, and are doing well after planting. Blue Lyme Grass is pretty much bullet proof, but still I am very happy with service and plant. Plus I looked a long time before I found a nursery selling it.
Always buy from these people their word is good as GOLD never have failed me. They only ship A-1 products.
This very expensive plant arrived with the pot split down the side, dead leaves and dirt everywhere, and several bare and dying branches. Many of the leaves that remain attached are deformed and look chewed. Will it survive? I have no way of knowing... we'll see. Very disappointing...

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
