Call me please and we'll talk so I was expected more than I got
I receive these in McCordsville, Indiana the week of March 28th. I believe that it was the 30th actually. They said it was going to be the next week which still seemed early. It was 37 degrees and they were predicting snow that night. I called and the person said that they should not have sent until after last expected frost. Meanwhile, I am trying to water them, get them in the sun and it isn't working too well besides taking a lot of time. Some of the leaves are brown and they are not happy and I don't know if they will even last until I can plant them after the 26th.

We ordered a palm tree and a peach tree. Unfortunately the palm didn't make it. FastGrowingTrees provided a credit that was enough to replace the palm which is now doing fine. I will use them again.
I called for customer service for two reasons: their return policy and internet log in issues. The customer service representative handed both issues without a problem and very quickly and even helped me with a new order.
Shopping experience was good however delivery was not. All my trees came squashed in their boxes.
When I opened the boxes three of the five trees had fallen out of their actual pots with soil all over the place managed to nurse most of them back to health however one of my trees the strawberry tree died.
It was basically smashed and dried up and dead when it arrived.
Oh well can't win them all. Will be going to my local nursery from now on. Sad!
My Emerald Green Arborvitae arrived several days earlier than expected. I also appreciated the extra care that went into the packaging and delivery of the product as well as the easy to follow planting/caring instructions.
The five fruit trees we ordered were very well packaged and arrived with only one of the trees having had three of the branches broken and one tree with two branches broken. I suspect this damage happened during shipping and handling by persons not affiliated with FastGrowingTrees. I was also pleased to see that the trees were actually the size we paid for.
The only suggestion I have to make is that for northern Nevada, a more appropriate shipping date would have been the LAST week in April or the FIRST week in May, instead of the FIRST week in April. The weather here has always been fickle and unpredictable, teasing us into believing that Spring has arrived, and then slamming us with a snow storm and freezing temperatures and horrific winds.
Order a 4-5 ft meyer lemon tree and got a 4ft twig with no branches or anything.

I ordered a blooming shrub to send as a memorial gift to a family. The product stated that it ships in 1-2 days. After 3 phone calls to the company and almost 2 weeks, it shipped. So the order was shipped and received, however, not in the time stated and not without my constant follow up. I was almost ready to give up and stop payment.

I wasn't sure what it would be like to buy a tree via the web, but my tree arrived quickly, was really well packaged and in perfect shape. I'm exited to get it transplanted and producing!
So far out experience with FastGrowingTrees has not been good. The trees that we received from the first order are dying and the second order has been lost by Fedex! Not good!

Our tree came with no leaves, but they explained why. Provided good guidance on planting our tree and what to expect. The tree started growing leaves a couple weeks later. Easy transplant with burlap.
We utilize our extremely large (7 to 12 feet) houseplants as a natural form of window treatments. Our plants are dear to us. I found FastGrowing Trees online to replace 2 massive plants we had to sell with our house. FastGrowing Trees was prompt and responsive to my concerns, plus the plants arrived quickly and in great shape.
2 of the 4 blueberries arrived dead. 3 of the 4 trees were in bags, not pots and the bags were torn open and spilled throughout the shipping boxes. I called support, sent pictures and all they said was give it time, nothing we can do at this time. End of the day I have 1/2 the blueberries and 1/4 of the trees I ordered. Now they have the gall to spam me with a survey? AVOID!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
