I ordered gallon size plants and expected them to have been growing in the pots for awhile, but I received cuts of plants replanted when shipped. They had no root balls to speak of. Three unhealthy leaves on banana stem and lemon was two sticks with barely any leaves. It will be a challenge to keep them alive.

The staff taking the order were outstanding in guiding me to the right trees for my project and necessary supplies. They were also great at explaining what I should get done before the trees arrived. I would rank the initial contact, ordering, and instructions as OUTSTANDING!

Everything taken care of quickly and perfectly. They sent the wrong trees but sent the correct ones at no cost and I didn't have to return the incorrect order.

The trees I ordered arrived already leafed out and, for the dogwood, with flowers. I was a bit concerned since we're having a very late spring (nighttime temps below freezing), but the trees have been planted for three days now and they still look great - minimal wilting of the leaves and the dogwood flowers still look beautiful.

The first Meyer lemon tree was unsatisfactory. We contacted the company and sent a picture of the tree. They were very accommodating and sent another tree right away. We are very pleased with the new tree and are looking forward to a healthy crop of Meyer lemons.

I placed a order and everything was wonderful! Packaging was great, products were great. So I placed another order. This one was good but packaging wasn't as secure and one tree was broke in half. But other then that a good experience. Thank you.

I ordered 2 trees online. I was a little concerned at first ordering trees online. But i did a little research and I found only great things about this company. I did have a shipping issue with my order, no fault of fast growing trees. But when I called into customer service for advice and assistance, the representative was wonderful. Very happy to help and told me the next steps. The trees are very good quality and hope to have them for years to come.

Tree was a simple stick. Has nice buds after 3 weeks and am hopeful.

One of my plants that I ordered from Fastgrowing started dying and no matter what I did, I couldn't revive it. I called the customer service and after few prodding they immediately credited me the money to buy another. So this year, I got an apple tree and 2 cypress. They both came healthy and my apple tree even came with a lot of buds.

I bought a Japanese Maple Tree in March. It arrived in good shape and currently it is growing every day with many new leaves. It is a beautiful little tree.

These trees were a gift. I wanted to delay shipping so I called and spoke to a customer representative. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me choose another tree that was better suited for the planting zone. The trees came packaged well and very healthy. The instructions were clear. They look wonderful! I will definitely purchase again from Fast Growing Trees.

Was very excited to get my order. Only the raspberry bush arrives so far, and the bulb looked great, but the branches were bent and broken. I'm sure it was the delivery and no regard for loading and unloading. We trimmed off the damaged branches, and hopeful it will grow. Waiting for the Meyers Lemon tree.

2 of our cherry trees got lost in shipping. They replaced them quickly!

I ordered and planted 10 Thuja green giant's last fall from fast growing trees. Ordering and delivery was excellent. Trees looked fine but 9 trees did not survive the winter this spring I activated the warranty and they sent me nine new trees I have planted them and we will see how that goes!
