I love shopping at fast growing trees. It's easy and my order arrived in great conditioned.
After the purchase they will send you aggressive emails wanting you to review your purchase. It never ends so I keep leaving bad reviews until they stop.

3 of 5 trees died by fall/winter. Planted in spring and followed care instructions to a t. Contacted customer service and was only offered 10% off. Not thanks.
Our rose of Sharon trees were healthy and well packaged upon arrival. Within 2 weeks of planting, they were budding leaves.

I order a Apricot tree on March 28th. I got it 9 days later. My order # is *******. The tree looks bad when it arrived my house. All the leaves look dry. I planted it and water it. Now the tree looks die. I report the to your company last week. Some one told me wait 4 weeks to see what is going on.So I am still wait. Thank you.

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. I was reluctant about ordering trees on line fearing they might get damaged during transit and was unsure about the quality. I've now placed 3 orders with FGT and am quite happy. The plants were well packed, healthy and seem to be quite robust! Great! End though I'm sure I'll still visit nurseries and Garden Centers, I will definitely use FGT in the future for an extensive selection, fast shipping and top plant quality. Two thumbs up.
Ordering is easy but the quality of products recieved was 50/50. Both Banana trees showed up in perfect condition!
However the Valencia Orange tree is basicly a 3 foot stick and suffered leaf damage in shipping from the neem oil box that crushed them. The main trunk of the tree is kady wompus due to the poor branching choice used for the graph and as a result wont grow straight and will be a source of issues in the future. I will probably cull this tree and buy another from some where else due to the odd trunk and future issues.
And the Meyer lemon bush was very sub par, the leaves that were there got crushed and are heavily damaged. The bush was also cut back very heavily to the point that theres sticks off the main trunk. It would have been great if they just left the growth! A 1 gal is small to begin with and now i have to wait much longer for it to fill out.
The Valencia and the Meyer were NOT worth the money i paid.
Over all im not really pleased with the total experience and will look else where for my other fruit tree purchase.

Purchased the Elderberry plants
The shipment arrived pruned back to encourage root growth so it basically looked like a stick with a couple of small cane buds on it.
Put that lil stick in the ground and watered it in. Fast forward a couple of weeks and there are canes starting all up and down that lil stick. I expect vigorous growth this season.
Very pleased with the product and will be making other purchases with Fast Growing Trees.

Fast Growing Trees is now our "go to" place when buying trees. The trees came fast, good sized, packaged well and in good condition. When we had a concern a reply was rapidly forthcoming. Couldn't be more satisficed..
I ordered 2 trees and one of them arrived with a bent limb. Customer service took care of the problem. I will order again.
I ordered 3 plants. A palm (it's ok, small with only 3 branches but appears healthy enough), a ti plant (absolutely gorgeous, lush, & healthy), and a dracaena massangeana or corn plant. Two of the smaller stalks of the corn plant look beautiful and healthy. The larger stalk is clearly dying. Yellowing droopy leaves and brown tips which continues to get worse despite my efforts to save it. I was sent an unhealthy specimen. Unfortunately for me, I had meant to purchase the plant guarantee but forgot when I placed my order. I'm wondering if they purposely send the less than healthy plants to customers who don't purchase the guarantee. Pretty dissatisfied with my purchase overall. The ti plant is gorgeous though.

Even though UPS delivered my plants standing on their heads () the plants are healthy and good sized. I'm very pleased with the selections and sizes offered.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
