Was very excited to get my order. Only the raspberry bush arrives so far, and the bulb looked great, but the branches were bent and broken. I'm sure it was the delivery and no regard for loading and unloading. We trimmed off the damaged branches, and hopeful it will grow. Waiting for the Meyers Lemon tree.
I was quite disappointed. The encore azelas appeared to be healthy but very small and not as full as i expected. My local supplier did not have white but their 1 gallon plants are double the size of those your company sent. Your price was the same as locally.
2 of our cherry trees got lost in shipping. They replaced them quickly!
I ordered and planted 10 Thuja green giant's last fall from fast growing trees. Ordering and delivery was excellent. Trees looked fine but 9 trees did not survive the winter this spring I activated the warranty and they sent me nine new trees I have planted them and we will see how that goes!
We were very satisfied with the trees upon stoical. Thank you. Now, we'll just sit back, watch, and hope they grow I to trees that look like the beautiful pictures online.
I never got my BlackBerry bush they sent me 2 blueberry bushes. 50% were severely Damaged and would only replace them if they die. If I pay extra for a large healthy plant I shouldn't have to nurse it back to life. Additionally I got a BABY raspberry bush in a gallon bucket. If I order a gallon size plant I expect the plant to need that size of a bucket. Horrible experience.

Ordered 3 items, fig tree, olive tree & snake plant. Fig tree came small, dirty, dry & badly bruised- lost 5 leaves within 2days. Snake plant leaves were bent & bruised. Fig tree was more like a branch with 2 stems. Reached out to customer service to voice my dislike. Rep mentioned sending out new items but nothing ever received nor refunded. Customers should not have to nurse plants back to life upon receiving. Would not order again online, prefer to make inperson purchases.

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!
Very disappointing. Arrived looking sickly with a third of its leaves missing. I'm hopeful it will recover but I'll have to wait and see.

Trees were barely 10" tall, lost most of leaves. Nothing like what was pictured! Larger lemon and lime patio trees sold locally for $16. I paid $119 for two. This was to be a gift to my son - too embarrassed to give!
I would like a full refund!

Smooth purchase and check out. One tree seemed very sick. I took photos and called them. I sent the photos to the email the customer service directed me to. I received replacements within less tan a week.

Trees arrived in good condition, were planted in mixed soil, tamped, watered and mulched. Ow, a week later, they appear droopy, lacking vitality and I worry about their future.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
