Everything I've bought, both trees and flowers, did well through the winter and continue to thrive: a magnolia, redbuds, and maples; butterfly bushes, hostas, hydrangeas, and forsythia.

My previous purchase included a Cherry Tree and a Olive tree. The Cherry tree was replaced and also die, within 6 months, the Olive tree 1 and 1/2 years old still have not grown nor given fruit. Even following instructions from your guys.
I am pleased with the $70.00 older Magnolia with a year or more of growth as well as the $50.00 younger Magnolia that is more of a bush with multiple trunks. The extra money was worth it based on the outcome in my front yard.
I bought a sunset red maple November 1 and planted it. It didn't wake up this spring. Customer service was very good and helped to get a replacement under the warranty that I had. They instructed me on how to send necessary photos and honored the warranty. A good experience done in a timely manner

I've ordered Green Giant Thua trees previously. They are packed very well for shipping and all arrived alive and beautiful. All the trees I planted are still alive with no issues.

I bought two trees and did not add the guarantee (I don't remember it being available then). One is doing well. The other didn't survive. Hoping for better results this time
Some plants came dead. I had to put in a claim. Even though I won't use the quart size pots all lot of them were broken. Plants stems were broken. Checked the site and they were all sold out. So probably shipped what they had left. I blame most on shipping 10 plants in a box. They are starting to bouncing back. So hopefully with the root fertilizer. They will continue to grow. My cherry trees purchased two years ago are flowering beautifully and hopefully some cherries this year. Awaiting until late May to order some gallon size perennial.
