I bought 10 arborvitaes and a pawpaw tree from fast growing trees. The shipping was amazing, all plants arrived alive and in good condition. Shortly after planting the pawpaw tree, it began to turn brown and died very quickly and I reached out to fast growing trees for advice. They immediately sent me a new tree. Great company will definitely use them again.

Our new 6-7' tree arrived in excellent condition within the long cardboard box. I was surprised that it was already leafed out, but it only dropped a few leaves before I planted it in a specially prepared spot in my backyard several days later. Now after a couple of weeks it appears to be doing well and I'm looking forward to seeing some new growth over the coming weeks of summer here in Merrimac WI. Love it!
I lived the speed and price if trees but one weeping willow seem like all the leaves have shriveled up. Don't know how to get replacement.
They started showing new growth immediately upon planting them and this year ( the second year) they are full of sweet smelling blossoms!
Customer Service was very unaccomodating. My order was lost.It was a Mother's Day gift from my son. Since it did not arrive as scheduled, I called and let them know my son would be gone back to his home state and there would be no one to plant the trees. I asked them to refund him his money. They instead sent a couple of the items from the order but not all. I told them repeatedly that they were wasting nature by sending trees that would end up dying because I could not get them planted.Of the trees I received one was in good condition upon arrival.

Ordered a finger lime tree and was told order taken would ship soon. 10 days later no tree. Called company said tree would ship next day. 3 days later no tree called was told they would redo order and send me another tree no charge. 3 days later no tree. Called and was told sorry tree was never in stock and would have to give me a refund. Talk about not knowing what your doing as a company. Almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to finally be told the tree was never in stock but had no issue charging my credit card for $95. I would never do business with this company they have no clue what there doing. Sad

The order was correct it was shipped nice on time and good prices
They explained well with the shipping details and when I received some leaves were damaged and I waited couple of weeks to see it is okay, but leaves were falling and looked dull, so when I called service, they checked it's picture and responded very fast to help me.
Three of the small trees in the order do not even resemble a tree and I am nervous that they are not going to grow. I can't believe the three were even approved to be shipped. Very disappointed.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.


We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
