I was wondering if they should be having black leaves on the bottom part

I ordered 10 Giant Thuja Trees and they came in great condition and they lasted the week of South Dakota cold while I waited to plant them in the ground. Everything is as was advertised. Will be shopping with these guys again!

I have recently purchased numerous trees and shrubs for our new retirement home. With the exception of one tree, they all arrived in amazing shape and are thriving! When I contacted Fast Growing Trees to inquire about how could help the struggling tree, they immediately mailed me a thriving replacement. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I did expect a more mature leafy tree. So far, it is looking the same after three weeks [skinny and skimpy.] However, I did relay my concerns to your company and got a timely response with advice and directions. I checked to confirm that the tree was healthy with the scratch test. Now, I am waiting to see some growth appear.

I received a died tree... very bad quality and no warranty

Trees and bushes arrived much sooner than scheduled. Incredibly well packed and fresh. Perfect instructions how to plant. Once in the ground, the trees acclimated incredibly quickly and are now part of our growing landscape. We are very pleased with the way they were delivered and their condition.

I had a great experience with FGT, I had an issue with 1 out of 4 trees and they quickly and professionally remedied the situation. The quality of the product and the customer service is top notch.

I ordered a snake plant based on the reviews. It arrived in horrendous condition. There were scars across the top of various blades where it was cut down and then there were vertical cuts in other blades. The only good thing was customer service and although the replacement plant they sent was better, it still had issues

The tree came in package well and good condition better than I expected I planted a couple of days later and it looks great it's hard to predict how it will come out in the future

These trees arrived packed wonderful, hydrated and strong, they look great after planting also, you need trees, go to fast growing trees you can't go wrong…
