Will never purchase anything from them again. I wish i could give zero stars. Horrible customer service and rude.
Good to perfect so far let's see how hearty they are planted in my soil
The shipping said 2 day but while watching the shipping tracking it showed going way out of the way to get to me ( North Carolina down to Louisiana, then to Texas, and finally to Oklahoma). On arrival one plant looked great but my second plant (wisteria) is fighting to survive. I'm not sure if this has to do it's multiple stops before arriving or if it was fighting to survive before packing. The overall experience wasn't bad.
Although the tree came promptly, it hasn't bloomed yet in ZONE 10. When it does bloom, the review will be 5 stars for service and caring instructions.
The Thuja I received was the result of the warranty I purchased on the original Thuja. It seems healthy but the bottom half is full like it should be but the top half is very thin! I think it will fill out but doesn't look right especially since I am planting it next to ones that look proportional and right!
I bought 2 sweet mock orange plants. One arrived in great condition and the other was pretty poor looking. I planted both within 48 hours of arrival in hopes that the 2nd one would start to revive but it has not so far. (it has been about 2 weeks) I have been watering diligently and hoping that it comes back, but the leaves keep wilting and falling off. The leaves that are remaining are very wilted.
I know the plant is still alive bc the branches show green with the coin scrape trick that is listed on the website.
Not sure what else I should do!?
I've ordered many trees from this company. Never had a problem. Trees are packaged well and healthy. Thankfully they do package them well, because the delivery people do not handle them with care or follow instructions on keeping the box in the "up" position(like it says). They have very good product and supply a lot of helpful information. I plan on doing much more business with this company.
I liked the packaging. The box was sturdy and the root ball was anchored down nicely to prevent damage during shipping. The burlap was nice but, I did not use it because i felt it did not give the roots enough room to sprawl. Also the I had the manually spread the roots because it was rootbound. It looked like it had sat in a container for too long. In the future i would like to purchase some "bare root" trees if you have them. This way the customer can physically extend the roots for better nutrition intake.
My Japanese Maple was totally dry and looked dead when I opened it as my mailroom had neglected to tell me it had arrived five days ago! But i planted it with the root fertilizer and gave it plenty of water and four days later I had tiny new leaves. Thanks.
Everything on the website was quick and easy to use, the tree's arrived as described and are doing good
One of the boxes that the trees arrived in was broken off at the top and the FedEx driver left the trees exposed int he sun
We're so sorry how your trees arrived! We have reached out privately to help!
Ordered two Wisteria. One is still a dead looking stick and the other has leaves and is doing well
We're sorry to hear that one of your wisteria isn’t doing well! We're reaching out privately to get some photos so we can get a better understanding of what may be going on!
Fast growing tree company provided excellent service and customer service as well as delivery service.
The trees I ordered all arrived in great, healthy condition. I will be ordering from them again
I ordered 6 Colorado Blue Spruce. I received 5 plus 1 Norway Spruce. They replaced the Norway Spruce quickly.
I sent 2 different sets of pictures of trees I ordered and they were shipped during our biggest snow storm. They were in the cold delivery truck too long and arrived dead. I reached out to fast growing trees with pictures. They replaced 2 small plants and told me to give the others 2 more weeks. I did. They were still dead. So, I sent more proof in pictures in a email. I haven't heard 1 word back. I probably will not order from FGT again.
We are so sorry that we did not receive your follow-up email about the trees not recovering! We have reached out privately to help!
Great service and support. Very easy to manage on their website.
The plants were delivered in a very secure way in a large box. The delivery date got pushed back a few times and I had ordered a bottle of plant food that didn't come with the delivery. We had to call to get it shipped and they sent wrong size. Bottle was smaller than the one I paid for but now that we let the plants settle, they are great!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and are looking into this further!
