Paid a high dollar for a tree that was suppose to be 5 to 6 feet tall and is really 4.5 feet. Tree arrived with the top snapped off and what few leaves there were are drying up.

You can trust what this company states - they follow through...

The trees were great but a few were sadly damaged by the shipping company and died. I reported the damage the dat of their arrival and the representative said he'd call back in two weeks to follow up - he actually DID and upon learning the fate of those damaged trees made it right. Any business like this I will utilize again. Thanks!

I ordered 2 Apple trees, one arrived practically dead and never arrived, after a few weeks of waiting a I received an email saying that my other tree had been cancelled.

Called customer service and was given a credit for the tree, which I used to buy a new one.

The tree arrived in a good condition, and I planted per instruction, at the same day it's arrived. Now, it has ben almost a month, the leave and those little branch is starting dying, and falling. I don't know what to do, because I follow the exact all the directions how to take care a new young tree. I do buy warranty for a year just incase something happened to this young tree. Will update again if this young tree make it or not.

Good products and service, competitive prices and good customer service. Now that I've dealt directly with them, I will avoid the limited selection, lesser quality and absence of advice/knowledge that I've experienced at the local "big box store"!

This is my 4th order over the past few years. Trees come well packaged. Customer service is quick and friendly should you have any issues.

I ordered the red maple and it was a nice healthy tree when it arrived, nicely packaged. I planted it and am hopeful that it will continue to do well.

Great customer service. One of the trees was damaged during the delivery and the customer service agent replaced it without any problems

To costco/home depot. It would be much better if they prices would be reduced to 50%
