I was very happy with the azalea and the forsythia that I purchased, however, I wasn't happy with the Japanese Plum tree that I purchased - there were numerous insect bites and it was very sparse. When I called Customer Service, they immediately responded and sent out another tree to me. This is the first time that I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees and I will definitely order again.

It's been a couple of weeks and the are not doing well. One of the plants is appears to be dying.
They get orders out quickly. The packaging was done very well and the orders are just as they described. They also do very well keeping the customer updated on orders through e-mails. I'm very satisfied with them.
I had to buy anither to replace one that did not overwinter. Seems like the new one should have been free..

We recently ordered 1 peach and 1 nectarine tree. They both came packaged extremely well. I was amazed at the vibrant, extensive happy roots in the peach tree which also had a few peaches on it. The nectarine was healthy, even displaying wee nectarines. The sides of the roots were difficult to separate from the can; it was fairly "side-root-bound". Lots of water and sharp knife cuts hopefully helped. Both trees have endured horrific winds 6 days in a row. They're hanging in there, a bit raggedy. I'm very optimistic. I have never planted healthier trees
We got 4 blueberry bushes a month ago, they're in the ground and doing fine. They were shipped promptly and arrived in excellent shape. Too soon to tell you anything other than that.
As skeptical as I was about ordering trees online, it was a great experience - fast, convenient and easy. My trees arrived looking healthy and I can't wait to see them grow and fruit.

The service was great, the shrubs and trees look healthy and vibrant. The one issue is with the delivery - the guys did not lay the boxes as directed. Not a fast tree issue but maybe they can coach delivery service.
Two products came mashed together in one box along with "free" gift of a strawberry plant. The main Red Maple was a spindly Charlie Brown tree and the free strawberry plant was completely destroyed in shipping and scattered throughout the box. Email to the company went unanswered.

I have had the tree two weeks and it is dying. It came with two dead leaves and lost two more
It has one leaf left and the stem is weak. I will call them tomorrow as I did buy their $12 insurance

I ordered a dozen fruit trees but one just didn't make it (another is still struggling), and the warranty process was simple, fast and I had a beautiful healthy new tree in about a week! The trees are all doing well and are better than I had expected. Will definitely be a lifetime customer.
I bought the bigger white dogwood tree, I paid a little extra thinking I would be getting a little bit older of a tree. What I got was yeah the right height for the description but way smaller around then I thought. It is basically a twig. With a few leaves on top. Not worth the money I spent on it.
I was told that my honeysuckle vines were going to ship on May 2nd. When I didn't receive them by May 13th and had to call to find out where my order was I was told that they are on back order and won't ship until July

Expect your trees to be smaller then expected and all different sizes and also they don't take your weather into consideration before shipping

Had fun checking out all on their beautifully presented website. Had fun chatting with the commissioned sales rep who called me. Purchased nearly $1,000 worth of products, 7 trees, 4 bushes, planting products to ensure optimal growth and insurance policy! Excitedly waited for its arrival. My disappointment almost brought me to tears, feeling so taken, so stupid for ordering online, like a complete idiot fool. The trees were the biggest disappointment of all, so thin and tiny. I could have bought the same stuff at HD, Lowes for $300! That's $700 I could have used for patio furniture!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
