Easy, fast shipping and quality product also shipped to my door

After receiving our order, over $590 worth, half the plants looked healthy, other half especially the trees were in bad shape. We called the company, they said plant the trees and they should survive. They didn't, now we want replacement trees, they say we didn't follow their protocol. We reported the trees when we saw they were bad, we planted them they are now dead. Do not buy from this company, there are many others out there to use and we have been happy with the three other companies we purchased from.

It will add so much beauty to our yard..

Tree arrived with root ball dry and barely an root structure. All the leaves have fallen off, hoping it survives since I did take the time to plant it.

I experienced no problems from ordering the tree and delivery.
The plant was delivered as specified.

Arrived in excellent condition, I am glad I chose FastGrowingTrees, this is my first time to order from them, well satisfied so far. They have been in ground in Western Oklahoma and it is quite dry this year and high temps of76 to as high as 90 deg. I have been keeping them well watered. Doing great.

I haven't received my lemon bush. It's been almost a month. Said it would ship on May 4th. I contacted them, they said shipping problem. Reordered it for me and still nothing.

The whole buying experience was great. Good sale on trees, good updates on shipping and tracking of our trees. Unfortunately, the trees (5-7ft) in each of the two boxes were broken in half. We had FedEx immediately take them back. Customer service was great and immediately processed a full refund. Everything about the company was great, but unfortunately the tree shipments just didn't work for us.

My first purchase from your company - and was amazed at the size and hardiness of the shrubs - i did pay a bit more to get a larger size, but didnt expect the supersized boxes waiting on my door step. Hardly any wilt or shipping damage, and i got them in the ground right away - they seem happy in their new home, and if i can just keep the deer away, i'll be ready for blooms next spring!

Arrived quickly as promised. Tree was a little worse for wear after shipping, but it bounced back quickly with a new pot and some sunlight. Looking forward to continued growth.

I had ordered a weeping $#*! willow that I planted last year. This Spring I was in question as to whether it was still alive. The person I talked with walked me through the process of testing to see if alive. It was unfortunately dead. She processed my warranty in order that I can make another purchase which was great, however the same tree is out of stock so it looks like I am going to have to wait another year to get one, hopefully.

When I received the first plant, I was extremely disappointed. Tree had no root ball and dry soil around it. Contacted FastGrowing trees and sent picture. Immediately was shipped another tree and done very professional. Will order again from them as they stand by their products. Very happy with them.

The shopping was easy and straight-forward. However, after planting and watering as instructed it does seem like they are turning brown. Not sure if they will survivr.

Shop around before buying a tree online. A few days later I found an 8' tree of the same species for sale at a local nursery for the same price as I had bought a 2' sapling from FastGrowingTrees.com.

It was a very easy process from the time that I ordered and when I received the merchandise.

Very helpful on the phone when I called placed my order received my order promptly, 10 trees that were in good condition, impressive.

I ordered a total of six banana plants and they arrived and I planted right away and in a day or two, I could see new growth and they've really taken to their new home. I ordered three more plants from the today.

My beautiful tree was delivered in about four days, it was packaged really well, it even had leaves on it. I loved the burlap bag that it came in which made it very easy to plant. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I'm already looking for another addition for my yard.
