I got two trees, one organeola japanese maple and it looks healthy with multiple leaves. Along with a hazelnut tree, which is sprouting leaves and buds upon arrival. I just need to make sure they transition into the selected ground plots correctly.

Ordered two dogwoods one white, one red delivery was fine, but the carton was opened. The trees weren't damaged in any way. Easy access in installation and planning of the trees. In the ground and waiting for the results. Can't wait to see the beautiful blossom this in the backyard.

I have order from here last year. Raspberries, Blueberry, triple crown blackberry and a 4 in one apple tree. I was pleased with my purchase. They all arrived alive and in good condition. One my raspberry did make it pass transplant and reached out to customer service send them some pictures and I was send a replacement with 0 issues. They all alive and well. Except for my 4 in 1 apple tree it seems something was eating the branches or scratching it. I think it's dead, but that is not to was a problem with the tree purchase. I planted it last early spring and it grew beautifully. It did well the whole summer and fall. Went into harbination alive. Then something attacked it and now it seems dead. Some things to got the blackberry, but I think it will survive.

I have been using Starkbros for years, and have to wait for months to receive my trees. FGT ships fast and trees look great out of the box. I bought some trees for my new home and they arrived sooner then they stated, the trees sat in a box for a week waiting for me to come home and plant them, they are growing wonderfully now

First time ordering them both plants arrived damage. They can only replace one and push me into a credit for the other one which was the one I actually wanted denying my opportunity to have the funds to get it somewhere else.

We live in a rural remote area where the closest nursery is 3-4 hrs away. I decided to try FGT, with the guarantee, I felt I had nothing to lose. All of the plants and trees, with the exception of the Blue Spruce, are thriving. The live chat was very helpful with all of my question and needs. My yard consists of 75% of plants and trees from FGT. I would recommend this company to anyone! The plants come well packaged, the soil is moist, and they arrive in a timely manner. Thank you FGT, for your part in making my yard turn into something pretty!

Getting them to fulfill their warranty is like pulling teeth -- they do everything possible to avoid replacing dead plants. The application process is intentionally difficult, they refuse to process the applications, and they charge full shipping for the replacements.

Buying was easy. I should have tried out the warranty but I did not want to hassle with it.

The last time we spoke I was going to be required to pay for shipping to replace 24 dead trees. I didn't think that was fair. I called later and talked to Amber and she took care of me with awesome customer service! I've got new trees coming with free shipping and I'm happy with the way things turned out.

The plants arrived well packed. The shipment was separated and the second half was nearly a week behind, but the packaging sustained the trees and plants well.

I have been shopping with fast growing trees for several years and also had a satisfying experience everytime I have ordered. Also the tips that are sent with my orders and a telephone number if I have any issues or problems

Good shipping; felt the plants looked good. DIdn't help that the delivery threw the boxes. No really sure why I had a huge die off; not sure it was related to the actual plants

First time got banana tree by your mistake then only got 1 tree then got one almost dead when arrived then no reply's for return giving another chance hopefully better service this time

I have never had an issue with Faster Growing Trees. I had bought a bunch of trees before, unfortunately, our house had burned down and a lot of the trees had to be knocked down while we were rebuilding due to their location. But I came back and ordered more trees once the house was finished because I love this place so much.

I've bought over 5 fruit trees and have had success so far.

I would give them a 5 but I did have several trees delivered with some sort of black fungus or something delivered that I attempted to grow them anyhow which was my mistake. I should have requested a refund immediately for those trees as each died. 2 Keiffer par trees and a persimmon tree. I do not know what the black stuff was, but it definitely killed the trees.

Plant was really smaller than expected and branch looked dry. Was told to scrape and if green it alive and will come to life. It did and my Wisteria is looking great!
