I ordered 16 skip laurels on 4-24-2022 and they arrived eight days later. All but one looked fine, so over three days, my Dad and I planted 14 of the them. The one that looked bad on arrival ended up dying in its pot about seven days after arriving and another one started to look sick in its pot over that time. As of 5-16-2022, an additional four that Dad and I planted look sick. I contacted customer service about the one dead one and they replaced it. I'm going to contact customer service about the other sick ones. Hopefully they'll replace them too.
Ordering was quick and easy no issues and finding products was easy on website.
I planted my apple trees and they are doing great. One of them has already bloomed. Very excited to see how they do. So far, it's great
I received 2 lavender plants, 2 snake plants and a society garlic plant. My snake plants arrived in bad shape. I reported them and im hoping for the best. My other 3 plants are thriving.

I received my trees about three weeks ago. I spent hours prepping the soil and getting everything ready. They shipped from the eastern seaboard and by the time they arrived they were already half dead. So, far only two of the four trees are surviving and the two that are surviving are not thriving.
Not a whole lot of care comes into packaging my trees, as I seen this with several of my new shipments. Seems as if there's only 1 box that all the trees are shipped in despite their shape or size and that lead to broken branches and dirt squeezed out of their pot. One of my trees looked like it had a broken base so they seeled it with black wax or something? My peach tree doesn't look like it's going to make it… came very wilted and this is the second one. My jasmine and gardenias are great. Seems like the trees are what are lacking quality.
My tree arrived nicely packed, sting & healthy. It's only been 2 weeks & I'm already getting new growth. Will definitely by again from Fast Growing Trees!

Service fast and plants packed securely in packaging. Free Strawberry plant "gift" in poor quality and lacking healthy roots died within three days. So much for the pretend "gift".

Ordered the lemon and lime citrus tree about a month ago. It arrived well packed and in good condition. So far it's doing well with lots of new healthy green leaves. I also ordered the Citrus Care Fertilizer Kit, which we have been using.
I've bought citrus trees from fast growing trees before and have been very happy with them. My Meyer lemon tree had died over the winter, so I ordered a replacement for it. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The tree I received, while healthy was so small and nothing to what I purchased prior. The part that upsets me the most is I went to fast growing trees because I was so pleased with prior purchases, I would not have made this purchase if I knew what I would be getting!

I recently purchased two planets, Monstera Adansonii and Monstera Deliciosa (Swiss Cheese Plant). They both arrived in a pretty rough shape due to carrier handling. Monstera Adansonii was in the worst condition, it was covered in soil, roots were pulled out of the soil, nursey pot was smashed and bent, most leaves were yellow and some dead. I did reach out to customer service Micheal FGT Plant Experts and he did sent a replacement. I thought that the Monstera Adansonii was the swiss cheese, because it looks more like a swiss cheese plant. They both are Monstera, so I was confused. I had also attached multiple photos of the damaged plant Monstera Adansonii and assumed I would receive the same plant sadly not. I decided not to reach out, because it was kind of my fault stating the wrong product name.
We're so sorry we sent the incorrect replacement plant! We have a replacement Monstera Adansonii shipping out within 1-3 business days. Look for an email with tracking when it's on the way!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
