The shopping was easy and straight-forward. However, after planting and watering as instructed it does seem like they are turning brown. Not sure if they will survivr.

Shop around before buying a tree online. A few days later I found an 8' tree of the same species for sale at a local nursery for the same price as I had bought a 2' sapling from FastGrowingTrees.com.

It was a very easy process from the time that I ordered and when I received the merchandise.

Very helpful on the phone when I called placed my order received my order promptly, 10 trees that were in good condition, impressive.

I ordered a total of six banana plants and they arrived and I planted right away and in a day or two, I could see new growth and they've really taken to their new home. I ordered three more plants from the today.

My beautiful tree was delivered in about four days, it was packaged really well, it even had leaves on it. I loved the burlap bag that it came in which made it very easy to plant. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I'm already looking for another addition for my yard.

Ordered 2 pack of Autumn Blaze Maple trees 5-6 feet. These trees were great, very healthy had good strong root balls and a good price.

I decided to order more which is when everything fell apart. I ordered a single tree 6-7 feet this time but when it arrived it was a totally different breed that was smaller than the 2 5-6 foot trees I ordered previously. Worse yet, when I removed the tree from the box and set it on the ground it almost fell over out of the root ball. It was in a burlap sack with mostly mulch inside so it just crumbled apart. I called them and the rep was very helpful and agreed this tree was in bad shape so sent me another one. I asked if it would be form the same nursery and he couldn't say but he guaranteed I would get a good tree this time.

1 week later and low and behold I got the same type of crap tree. I tried to call again and the second rep insisted I had a healthy tree and to just plant it. When I went to plant it it literally fell over from the root ball, I pulled on it just slightly, and the main roots came out which were cut by a shovel when they obviously removed the tree from the ground.

I called again and got another nice rep who refunded my money for the second bad tree. I decided to try the 2 pack again so I could get the nice trees. Unfortunately I got more trees from the same nursery but they were slightly better since they were grown in a pot but still nothing compared to the quality of the first trees. I gave them to someone else who could maybe care for them enough to grow them.

This company needs to monitor their nurseries better and just get rid of the one I got trees from or they will be losing a ton of money. I will not shop here again and would advise against it until they can better monitor their product to ensure people get good trees from good nurseries.

Love my tree it has grown and we were fortunate to have rain from God above. Of course we all know that helps with trees or plants!

The maple tree arrived as expected and was healthy and a breeze to plant

The tree I bought was delivered nearly dead. It was supposed to have been a fruit bearing size and it is not.

Fast growing trees are easy to deal with and have fast shipping. All 30 thuja green giants are planted and mulched, only one seems to be struggling but I think it will be ok.

Its easy. Simply fantastic company to deal with. Fantastic plants in which they stand by.

I ordered an elberta peach tree for a living urn, fedx claimed it delivered it, I never recieved it, after filing a complaint with them, they finally closed my case saying it was delivered, call your shipper, I did and they sent me out a replacement, this time I recieved it and everything went as planned, great company, and the tree was beautiful, thank you so much

The trees received her exactly what they said they were going to be and the quality, I Purchased 11 trees and three bushes they're all great quality.

This was a gift and arrived on time and in good condition. It's still alive too!

My plant arrived dead. Customer service has been terrible automated systems. I still have not gotten a refund.
