At first my order wasn't delivered at all. I contacted customer support and they assured me they would re-ship my order. They did, but only part of it. I contacted customer support again and they said they would ship the missing items. I week later, after no contact from fast-growing-trees, I again contacted them and they said my items were delivered the day prior. Well, I was home that day and nothing arrived.
Supposedly, they are going to ship it again. I'm not holding my breath!

My fig tree has been watered, but the leaves are turned downward like the plant is distressed. When it arrived the leaves were turning down. I thought that after it was planted and watered it would perk up, but that hasn't happened.
I ordered hydrangea and for lilacs expecting basically bare roots but when I got the delivery the plants were beautiful healthy packed well and they are all thriving. I thought I might regret not getting the plants at the local shop where I could see them, but the fast growing tree prices were so appealing I gave them a chance and I am very happy with my order!

The box was heavy duty, opened to find wisteria in a bag with soil with a pot but not in the pot, it was dead crispy leaves, I automatically found spot and soil and planted, I e- mailed FGT no response,
Same with mimosa tree, it was loose in plastic bag, it is doing fine though

Products were shipped as noted. However 2 bushes are not like the others. Leaves are distinctively different none have blooms but suspect they a different variety of azalea. In picture plants in front have small shiny leaves all the rest have medium leaves with a soft fuzz look. Looking forward to some beautiful blooming azaleas SOON!
Excellence. I bought some trees from this company. They were very well packed and good growing trees. They have good price and also discount. Some of their products which what i love to buy more, but they were out of stock.
The tree arrived 2 days after being ordered and appeared to be in good shape. During the shipping period the tree went on sale for a lower price. I contacted customer service who promptly refunded the difference to my account. Great customer service!
After receiving our order, over $590 worth, half the plants looked healthy, other half especially the trees were in bad shape. We called the company, they said plant the trees and they should survive. They didn't, now we want replacement trees, they say we didn't follow their protocol. We reported the trees when we saw they were bad, we planted them they are now dead. Do not buy from this company, there are many others out there to use and we have been happy with the three other companies we purchased from.

Tree arrived with root ball dry and barely an root structure. All the leaves have fallen off, hoping it survives since I did take the time to plant it.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
