Two top limbs broken off my tree.
Box only had one strap and slightly damaged on end that was the top of tree.
I ordered the ylang ylang tree about a month ago, never received it. Tried calling the number, no answer. Left a message for a call back. Never got a call back. Used the invoice number to check on status, the tree is scheduled to ship Feb. 2023! Basically 8 months to ship if that happens. I should figure out a way to cancel the order
I needed to give the the plants lots of T. L. C. To survive. Could of went elsewhere for less cost and better quality.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it made a great mothers day gift! I was disappointed in the size of the tree though. Even after I asked customer service how tall it would be, she said she didn't know, and couldn't give me any info. I ordered anyway, but the tree is only 1ft tall. She assured me that it would produce fruit in the first year, but I'm not sure how such a small tree could produce fruit. Either way, tree arrive in good shape and I'm happy about that. Would likely order again, but more specific info on tree age/height would be helpful.

SHE ASKED FOR A PICTURE--WHICH MY HUSBAND SENT--WHO EVER RECEIVED PIX, RESPONDED IT WAS RECEIVED--I INFORMED THE ORIGINAL AGENT THE PIX WAS SENT AND THE AGENT RESPONDED, WOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MORE INFORMATION--I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN, AND THE TREE SITS BY THE SIDE IN THE PLASTIC BAG IT ARRIVED IN--I SENT ANOTHER E-MAIL TO ASKING WHAT IS HAPPENING AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION--THE ONLY EMAILS I KEEP GETTING IS HOW WAS THE TREE I RECEIVED FROM THEM--NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHO IS DOING WHAT--SAD--SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME--THEY GOT MY DAMAGED MOTHER'S DAY GIFT, FROM MY SON AND HUSBAND LINGERING AND PLAYING DEAD!

Trees arrived perfectly packed. I did have a concern about the trees once I planted and they have been great to communicate with and reassure me, my trees will be alright!
Plants arrived protected and wrapped in heavy duty cardboard. This was my second delivery of trees from Fast Trees in a couple of years. Fast delivery, excellent care, Guaranteed. So easy to do. Excellent staff help with choices you may have to make.

I am so happy with my first purchase. All of the fruit trees (4-in-1 apple tree, 5-in-1 pear tree, plum tree, cherry trees pollination pack, blueberry and lemon tree) are in the ground and doing great. Could not be more satisfied.The flower bushes and the Oklahoma Redbud tree also doing very well. The trees came carefully packed and very easy to plant within 2 days of shipping. Fingers crossed that they continue to do well. Cannot wait to purchase more items in the future.

I got the Healthy kit Dragon fruit cactus which came with a Gogi berry plant for Mother's Day and they are absolutely thriving. They are both beautiful and My Mother loved them!

I ordered a 3 to 4 ft Australian pine. The one I got was barely 2ft tall. I would have got the smaller one that was way cheaper. I would have been better off going to lowes. The red bud tree I bought was half dead and I hope it survives because it was expensive. Again I should have gone to a local store.

I was very impressed with the health of the banana plants I received from FastGrowing Trees. They arrived in a secure shipper, and are truly growing fast!
Ordering was great, I received my plants and they were in good condition. I did not receive the strawberry plant that was supposed to come with the order.
The gardenia plant that was shipped is not doing well, lots of dead leaves, the buds all fell off, and lots of yellow and brown leaves.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
