We are so impressed how the tree was shipped and that it is doing well we are getting a snow 5/20/22 we covered it with a lawn trash bag hoping it makes it!
I ordered a flowering plum and a weeping cherry. The plum is doing well. The cherry arrived in burlap, but I could see that the roots were completely out of the soil. I planted it, and it is struggling. Most of the leaves are wilted. I called customer service, and they said they would extend the warranty for a couple more months. I think the soil in the burlap was too loose and allowed too much movement of the tree and the roots were damaged.
We will see what happens. I hope the tree survives.
My boyfriend and I we're very very happy w/our purchases. The 13 trees I bought look healthy, big and have been in the ground for 1 week now and knock on wood we're not seeing any stress from the planting. Shipping was wonderful, no damage whatsoever. Prices are compatible to nursery's if not cheaper. I would not hesitate in repurchase at later date and have already recommended fast growing trees to neighbors after there comments on how Great they look.

Our Boston Ivy is doing terrifically well! We are very pleased. We ordered two Climbing Hydrangeas ( 1 quart size) one is growing, (slowly, but surely), the other one seemed to be "dead on arrival", but we followed all directions and planted it anyway. Despite the fact that they are planted in the same area, there is no growth ( leaves) at all from the second plant. We are sad to say that it seems it is as it appeared to us originally, not alive.

My Dogwood tree leaves turned reddish as in fall and then dried up.
I brushed the dead leaves off.

Fast delivery! Excellent service. My only concern is that the tree had very little (if any) dirt in the roots. We'll just have to keep or fingers crossed that it's able to catch on.
We recently received the replacement for one tree which was damaged in shipping. Just got it in the ground so we'll see how it goes. Our experience has been that shipping companies do not closely follow shipping directions on the containers. The boxes clearly indicate that they should be shipped lying on their sides. Three of the four boxes that we received were standing on end when the truck was opened to unload them. One tree (a cherry tree) obviously did not weather the process well. We planted it anyway, hoping it would recover, but it did not. We had to order a replacement which arrived a short while ago so we are hoping for good results.

They had a couple leaves on them. Not at all what I would expect for $200. I could of gotten better looking trees at home depot for $39.

The first shipment the shrubs and tree looked in great shape. Planted them and immediately they began to look horrible, brown and dead. Will leave them to see if they come out of it.
Second tree looked pretty tough with leaves drooping. Planted and will see if it perks up as the season goes.

We bought 4 1gal lemongrass plants primarily to act as insect repellent. Rubbing the grass oils on your arms certainly helps. The plants continue to thrive. Our plan is to store them in the colder PA weather and hopefully have them return each spring.

I just got my vine. It arrived a little dry. I have not had much time with the tree. I will let you know when I need your help.
I knew the tress were going to be 3-5 feet tall but did not expect them to be so straggly. In addition, I happened to be at a Nursery a week after they came and they had the same trees, full bodies for almost half the price. UPDATE... FGT reached out to me, extended the warranty and offered a generous refund to compensate for the aggravation.

Ordered two trees from FGT. Both came well packaged, but one tree was looking a little worse for wear. Planted both immediately and waited. One ended up taking root and the other died. Made a quick call to FGT customer service and in no time at all they sent a new healthy tree. That level of kindness and service will not go unrewarded. I will always shop FGT first, when considering any future purchases.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
