They looked rough on arrival figured that was a by-product of shipping. But in spite of regular watering 2 of the 3 plants died within a week. One is making it although no blooms so far. They were fertilized on planting and am going to try again.
The great thing is that the turnaround time is fast! My two meter lemon trees came pretty quick. I will say I was sort of bummed with customer service. I was reading how other customers had great experiences when they had quality issues with their plant but my experience was different. I called to let them know one of my trees was pretty beat up and had been half out of the box when it arrived. I took pictures and shared them and was just advised to cut off that part of the tree. I paid for the bigger tree so cutting it off sort of defeats the purpose a bit. I bought them for Mother's Day gifts. I would have appreciated a replacement. Due to that experience I'm not sure that I'd order again for fear that I'd pay for a more mature plant and risk getting a damaged one again. Other than that, the experience was easy to order online. My mom did love the tree (I gave her the one that wasn't damaged).
I ordered 2 more of the dwarf Cavendish Bananas this year. Last year's were a smaller size and they did tremendous. These bananas were much larger and the size and condition of them was truly impressive. They look so beautiful around the pool.
Very happy with the plumeria but I would've like to have received specific information for the care of Plumerias. The reason I bought two from you last year and they died over the winter time or they're just not blooming or growing leaves & now we're already into the summer.
I contacted FGT about an evergreen that I bought last fall that didn't make it through the winter. They were friendly and helpful and replaced the shrub. I then ordered a few more and when the new order arrived, the new plants were all healthy and larger than I had expected and all are doing well now.
I was 2 days beyond warranty and found no flexibility in even getting a discount on a replacement.
We asked for a replacement tree and we got a new one, it was extremely healthy and a bit bigger than the one we originally got.
One of the trees is dead and should be replaced.

My tree arrived promptly and in god condition. I had to call to get specific information about the tree and the service rep who helped me was courteous and knowledgeable. It would have been more efficient if detailed planting instructions for my location were included with the tree.
I ordered two trees. One arrived slightly damaged with broken fronds. I thought I could plant it and save it. Doesn't look healthy, though.

I paid 50$ for a very small plant. This price did include shipping. I have bought trees in past and was very satisfied. I will not order a plant by the container size. This was not worth the price.

Missy sure did your company proud. She was fun and helpful and patient and knowledgeable. The two trees came packaged safely and looked great with a head start on leaves; though we did have one branch that was damaged in transit. Looking forward to getting good apples from them.
Paid in full for my order in March and I still haven't received my tree.
We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree when expected! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship when we planned. We reached out privately with an update!

The Ann magnolia purchased had a limb broken off the tree is very healthy so I don't forsee problems but the tree would have been much better balanced with this missing fourth limb.
We received our maple quickly and in reasonable condition. He had loosened a bit from his rootball. But we planted him and are watering the plant often and looks great so far!
Early on I was having some issues with my two trees thriving. I was given great advice, and the apple tree is doing great. However, they decided to replace the peach for me. It arrived quickly. Very pleased with the service.
I received my new trees and 2 were broke in half because of the delivery driver somehow folded box in half. I called and spoke with the company and they immediately sent me 2 replacement trees. Which were only minor damage on delivery. However, they have been getting new growth and seem to be doing great.
The wisterias arrived quickly and safely. The willow didn't survive. The string was wrapped around it and the main stem was cut off of air.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.


We're so sorry, it looks like the order is over a year old and does not have a warranty. Because there are so many environmental factors that can depend on the livelihood of a plant we offer that 1 year warranty at checkout. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
