I bought several shrubs and 2 trees. Trees arrived looking less than healthy. Could not get replacements due to no stock, but received full credit back towards future purchases. Customer service was prompt and very responsive to my emails.

I gifted my cousin with a dappled willow. She was so surprised and loves it! It was shipped very quickly and packed very well.
Looking for a few plants recently and came across this company. Glad I did. Had a very nice experience and product was in great shape. Only issue is FedEx failed to deliver as scheduled and I waited two additional days while plant was in local warehouse.
Ordered 6 bushes and 3 trees specific for my Zone. Two of the trees were not delivered because of a damaged box. Contacted FGT via chat and was told replacement trees already shipped. They did not arrive. I emailed FGT and they apologized and shipped 2 replacement trees. They arrived 2 weeks after my original order and were snapped in two. I asked FGT for a refund which they processed. 2 of 6 bushes are already dead. Contacted FGT and they sent me 2 new bushes. Overall, it was not worth the time and money. I appreciate FGT honoring their commitments, but in the end it was not worth the time, money, and hassle. I will go to the local nursery next time.

I ordered one Pyracantha and one Japanese Maple. Both arrived timely and in good health.
I ordered 2 Dwarf Cherry trees and planted as soon as they arrived and one has not sprouted any leaves. I notified the company and no response yet. Half of the strawberries I ordered did not survive even though they were planted as soon as they arrived. The weather was too cold for survival and now I only have half of the number I ordered and paid for. They should have been shipped later for survival. I even covered them with plastic but only half survived.
I ordered berry bushes, and for the amount I paid - a good three times what I would pay at one of the big-box chains for plants about 1/3 the size - disappointing.
I bought raspberry bushes at Home Depot on a lark at our previous house, they cost practically nothing, I could select plants that seemed robust (and so they proved to be), and we got bumper crops out of them.

Fast growing trees is an amazing company. They sent Mr my trees packed very nicely, torn instructions on how to transplanted my new trees and they have everything you need to know on how to make your trees flourish on their website for you to read. I can't wait to till my trees start to produce pomegranate. I'm excited!
Ordered 5 trees and received 3 out of the 5 damaged. Replacements came and 1 out of 3 trees damaged. On the third try the tree came intact. Customer service was unapologetic and not willing to listen to my constructive feedback on their poor packaging. After being put through to management to discuss my poor experience and poor interaction with customer service, I did receive a partial refund for my order. The trees themselves when intact, appear to be healthy trees and I am hopeful they will grow nicely. Disappointed to have to go through what I did to get my complete order.
Pot was retained in the box with a tie strap and that did not work. The top 12 to 16 inches of branches were broken and then I was expected to take pictures and submit a claim. Have just been too busy to get this done. It is a shame that this burden is on me. Next time I will just drive to a nursery. There is no reason to take a chance on ordering a tree like this online if you cannot properly package it.

I ordered dwarf tree and received a bush. I called fast growing trees and they sent another bush rather than a single trunk tree like the one online.
Thus so far I have two bushes for the price of one; neither of which I wanted.
Wish I had just one dwarf tree. I have no faith that trying again will create better results.

I got everything I wanted and as I expected it. I am very happy with how they were shipped and the instructions they left inside. My trees are in great shape and that is due to the fact that I got them in great shape from the beginning and then took it from there.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
