It's a bit of a surprise when you get your first tree! Even neighbors would ask what it was and why we were planting a stick. Trust the process! You end up with a beautiful tree and a husband open to the second one!

We ordered a Southern Magnolia along with a Fir and a Japanese Maple was included for free. All 3 came packaged very well and just within days of our ordering. They're all looking great! We will order again soon.
Great service, but unfortunately the 2-Olive Trees I bought did not survive the winter:-( and I had to pay for extended warranty to get a refund.
I received my trees in a timely fashion, when I unboxed I noticed 2 out of the 4 trees were damaged a little bit. Since the damage was only on two trees on one side of the box it makes me believe that maybe something was dropped on them while in transit. I still Put them in the ground but the two don't appear healthy. (Possibly dead). Maybe better shipping protection? Again, I'd like to make it clear that the company is great but the shipping quality isn't the best
You said the Allspice tree would grow here. BIG NO. Since I got an update on my phone, I am unable to send photos of said dead tree.
The only reason you got two stars is because the Mimosa tree is doing great.
I've ordered twice now from fast-growing trees. No issues first time around, second time my order showed up not so healthy. When I reached out and showed them pictures, they replaced the entire order. Easy Peasy. They really stand behind their products. Order with confidence. Thanks guys!

Much effort went into securing and on-time delivery for a Digwood tree (white). Only to learned it was not the right one for our region. I learned of this ince I called to advise of the look of the tree. The Rep. Stated I was ill advised! Now I have to wait until June 1st, take a picture, and call them back for the correct replacement. And this was for the largest and most expensive one they had to offer! Unbelievable!

I ordered 3 pear trees. Two came in one shipment - beautiful. The third, a luscious pear, never arrived. I phoned FGT to report the missing tree. Waiting to hear what happened in shipping.

The plants arrived fine and seem to have survived after 3 weeks in the ground but have lost about 20% of their leaves. Similar plants from a local nurses are doing better. I have had to block emails from you as you just send to many. Plus your ads are showing up all over the place when I do other searches. I certainly don't plan on doing business with you again

I originally ordered two Citronella plants in the middle of April. Paid $75 for plants and huge shipping cost. I had to call your customer service the middle of May to see why I hadn't received them yet. The lady told me they weren't in stock but would I like 3 small plants of them for the same price. I agreed, and received a package a few days later. Inside were only two Citronella plants, that were withered and dead looking. I tried planting them and reviving them, but they still look like wilted lettuce. I have pictures to prove everything if you need me to back all this up.

My first tree was dead. I called n they sent me another, which is taking/growing beautifully. I will always deal with this company. U don't find many that stands behind their products
Tree and roses arrived dead. They replaced them and they arrived dead. Shipping is to expensive for the length of time it takes to get product. Packaged and shipping was awful
I wasted a lot of money and time and they did not seem to care about the customer at all.

I tried this for the first time and I think plants are just to delicate to be shipped in a box. I ordered a big grass plant with 3 smaller plants. They all shipped together, one plant already died and the other two may make it, not sure yet. Probably will not do this again.

I ordered 4 trees and I received them and 1 was not what I ordered. I called them and they quickly recognized their error and sent me the correct tree. I felt that the trees were extremely tender as if only grown in a greenhouse and not hardened to real growing conditions. I felt for what they cost that they would have been more acclimated to being ready to plant outdoors therefore not satisfied.

I had a problem with Fed Ex delaying my order for a few days. When I called to ask about if the tree was still going to be ok. She pulled my order and made sure I received a replacement tree right away. The best service I could ever ask for.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
