After a considerable search I found FastGrowing Trees on line and found the dwarf spreading yews that I had difficulty finding in my area of Massachusetts. The process to purchase was fast and easy and when I received my bushes they were vibrant and healthy with simple to follow planting instructions included. The shipment was damaged and was never delivered. It was returned to the seller. I had to call them about the return. They did not reach out to me. The "chat" took over an hour (i think she was doing several at the same time) and they offered store credit, however not one of the trees was available any longer and i had to demand a full refund. Now it is too late to order the tree elsewhere as it's availability is very seasonal. I thought at least we would get a coupon offer or something. Nada.

We ordered several small shrubs and had problems with 3 if the 4 soft touch hollies. The company replaced them, although they were smaller than the original shrubs. They seem to be doing well.

The first tree I bought didn't make it more than 10 months. I even bought the extended warranty which should've covered the entire replacement cost of the tree. When I went to use this warranty, they gave me half the price in a merchandise credit so there is no point in buying the warranty. On top of it, the replacement tree I purchased looked like it was dying upon arrival and is half the size of the original one I had ordered… even know they were supposed to be the same. I'm not happy

Ordered 3 Red Buds. Came in a timely fashion. One box was damaged with 1 tree sticking out, the top of the tree having been broken off.
Followed company procedures for reporting. Company sent replacement immediately.

When I recieved my order I was excited till I opened the box and found my 2 orange trees were broken! I called up and they had me send pictures. They then immediately sent out 2 more trees which arrived unscathed. Customer support was excellent. I would definitely order from here again.

First off, the customer service of this place is second to none! Calling the line, I had no wait and my questions were answered! Second, the trees came in such great shape and the planting instructions were clear! Will be buying from this company again!
I am satisfied with the tree I received, but the rose bush looks horrible. My husband spent a good amount of time digging the hole getting out all rocks filling in with fresh fertilized soil, and it has been looking terrible since we planted it.

My 2 Apple trees are thriving beautifully!
I purchased a Honeycrisp Apple & a Pink Lady Apple Tree. With my purchase I received a gift of a 1 gallon Red Japanese Maple Tree. My trees had an extra day delay in shipping from the original arrival date I was given, at that time we were experiencing heavy rains with severe flooding and many roads including parts of the Interstates were closed. I am sure this was the reason for the extra day delay as my trees were stuck in the Kansas City area and I am in SW Missouri and we had heavy flooding in both areas. When my trees arrived my Pink Lady was in pretty rough shape, her leaves were very limp and wilted and we had to cut a large branch off that had been bent and was damaged in the packing process. She was SUPER DRY! The Honeycrisp looked great, soil was still moist. The Japanese Maple was sad, sad, sad. It was really droopy. We planted it and hoped for the best, but it was just too frail by time it got here. Our best attempts at trying to save it failed and we had to remove it. The Apple trees are both thriving beautifully now. The branch that was clipped on the Pink Lady has already started new growth. My only complaint about my experience thus far, is I was expecting my Honeycrisp Tree to arrive in a Drop N Grow bag and it was potted. The Pink Lady I expected to be potted but the website made it appear that the Honeycrisp would be in a Drop N Grow bag. I would have prepared ahead a little differently if I knew it was to be potted.
I ordered an avacado tree but received a mango tree instead, but they did fix the mix up immediately and my mother got her avacado tree a few days later.
Fig tree is not very healthy, and the money tree may not survive. Next time: Home Depot

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
