Most of the branches were broken, not packed well when opened the tree was not secure.

Representative was not helpful with crediting sale price on my order

I placed an order on May 4 and received confirmation. Realizing I would be on vacation when the tree arrived, and I didn't want to come home to a dead one, I immediately asked for a delayed shipment. I received confirmation my order would ship after I returned on May 24.

While on vacation I received an email from FedEx stating my order would be delivered May 19 with no one at our home! Once home we took the tree out of its shipping box and started watering in its plastic container.

At the same time I ordered the tree, I also order their planting mix. As of May 25, it hasn't shipped yet, so the tree isn't planted. Very frustrating. I was excited to get a fruit tree for my wife, but after this craziness, I don't think I'll be back.

Purchased a 5' weeping willow to plant in a wet area on my property. Tree came well packaged and ready to plant. It has already grown a few inches and leaves look very healthy!

I have bough 9 different plants from fast growing trees, and they all were shipped quickly, and all the plants were received in good condition. I had 1 tree that was not doing well after a few weeks in the ground. I called their customer support, and the tree was replaced with no problems. They have good quality plants but more importantly they stand behind their warranty.

Easy to use, people easy to contact and super helpful

I want to buy the moonglow juniper to replace died Aborvitae. The time when I ordered the trees, I do not know there are two different kind of moonglow juniper. They send me the trees I do not intend to buy. I actually want the moonglow juniper which look like the Aborvitae trees.

It is amazing how fast they process the order and get it to you.

We had a tree that didn't survive the winter, all calls and email support received was helpful, consistent, and expedient! They even helped me apply my warranty credit to get my new order placed!

The plants arrived very healthy. We could not plant them in a real sunny spot so not expecting record growth, just please they seem alive and healthy.

I was excited about receiving my hydrangea, but it arrived two days later than was stated. It was not in good shape with the lower leaves brown around the edges and wilted. It has taken until now to revive a bit, but I am not optimistic that it will fully recover. I know it is a gamble to order live plants online, so I won't carry on about it.

Love my mulberry tree, came in good health & condition. Great experience with shipping & quality. This is a memorial tree for my heart horse Jasmine lost far too young. Thank you for everything!

Unmarked branches on a fruit cocktail tree. I don't know what types of fruit I received. One half the tree had no grafts or branches on it. It looks like it was grown next to a wall. I decided to buy the insurance after seeing the tree. I expected top quality for a $200 tree.

The staff was most helpful in advising the best plants and trees for our area and for what I wanted in terms of color and size.
Their packing was outstanding; all arrived in perfect shape.
I will use Fast Growing Trees again

I ordered 2 trees. They arrived in good condition. They growing and are healthy.

Service was fast and trees arrived in wrapped well and in good condition except the pin oak. Other trees seem to be doing well. Pin oak looks lifeless without leaves.
