I received my order and one of the trees was damaged. One phone call and it was taken care of in 10 minutes! Best customer service I've EVER experienced.

The tress were to be 1-2', but almost all were 12", some 10". They were shipped well, green and healthy, but the sizes were a bummer, especially for the price.

My husband and I were a bit apprehensive ordering trees online, but we needed 50 Lombardy Poplar for our shelter belt and weren't able to source them locally. Every single tree was beautiful and strong. 3 days after we planted them we had a storm with 75mph straight line winds. These trees had ZERO protection and we didn't lose one! Thank you FGT! You have a new customer for life!

My lemon lime tree came quickly and well packed. The only issue I had was that the stake holding the tree straight was broken in half and the used 3 zip ties to try to support it. I had to pull that state out and completely replace so the tree grows straight. The tree is very healthy and happy - i also purchased the fertilizers for my tree.

Half of my Green Giants arrived very root bound. Sent pictures to Fast Growing Trees and they said to try and loosen and cut it needed. Two were very root bound and may not live. Time will tell.

When I receive my peach tree a lot of the leaves were brown. I had call customer service and they told me that the tree was in shock and that it would get acclimated. Had it for a couple of weeks and half of it is all brown yellow leaves..

Crimson King tree and butterfly bushes arrived in great shape. They have been planted and are doing well.

Plants were healthy and packed securely and arrived in a timely manner.

One of several plants died after I planted it. They replaced with no hassle.

Two of the plants in my recent order were too unhealthy upon arrival and will not likely take root.

I've ordered trees from here before that are thriving nicely and arrived in pristine condition. However, this time I purchased 3 citronella plants, arrived broken, poor health, soaking in bags filled with soil and water. Called and they offered to replace all three, I was pleased with customer service. However, the 3 replacements arrived in the same conditions as the original order(except not soaking in water and soil). The plants again arrived damaged and in poor health with broken and brown leaves! I won't be ordering any more plants from there. I am so disappointed with the quality.

The 3 gallon Chaste Trees came to me in great condition and didn't miss a beat going into the ground, They are perky and I just cannot wait for them to grow!

I had a good experience with the delivery of my eucalyptus trees, enough so that purchased an additional 6 fruit trees. Big mistake... 3 plants were packaged per box and all plants arrived damaged. One of them appears to be dead after 2 weeks -- the others appear the same as they arrived. Wish that had packaged 2 plants per box, one 1 plant per box instead.

I was very impressed with the trees. I had some damaged tree and they were quickly replaced. I will order from here again!

Tree arrived on tome and in good shape. Looking forward to watching it grow
