I received my plants in 2 days. They were very healthy. I planted them about a week later and they are thriving. I can't wait until they get a lot bigger so I can take their protective cages away. I was able to plant them about a week before we had significant rain. That should help them get established quicker.
Very impressed with the trees I received! Packaging was top of the line and my 4 plants arrived flawlessly. One of the plants was a lemon tree and it already has 22 lemons growing. Also my fig tree looks great in our sun room. Can't wait to order more from this company!
After receiving my first Myer lemon tree, I was excited. My mother gave me a lemon tree when I was 16, I passed it to my niece when I moved from Conn to WA.
Shortly after, I was informed by FGTs that the tree was exposed to some issue and a new one sent. I was worried that the issue would spread to my other trees. Then, no word from FGTs, so 5 plus months later I called them. They apologized and a couple weeks later a new tree arrived. The new tree appears healthy. I was surprised to see the new tree was grafted while the first one was not? I believe that grafted trees are stronger, so I'm not unhappy…. Just surprised.
So getting a better tree as a replacement is good, why the so/so review? Because FGTs doesn't communicate effectively, and I never should have had to call them when I "fell through the crack".
My first order was great but my second order came and I was disappointed. The plants were packaged poorly or shipped roughly and the soil had come out of containers leaving roots exposed

All plants came properly wrapped and it great shape.
All three trees arrived in good condition two crab apples and a golden rain tree. All trees had may leaves and one of the crab apples had tiny berries. Can't wait till next spring to see them bloom.
Bought multiple times already. Every time no problems at all.

I received one order with one play in okay condition and the others that looked really sad. When I called about the condition of the two plants, they gave me a credit. I used the credit for a tree that arrived and looked even worse. The leaves were all wilted and turned black, the roots were separated. When I called, they did give me a refund. The service was great but the plants were terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to your local nursery, Lowes, Home Depot. The plants are cheaper and way nicer.

All trees I've purchase have come wilting and poorly handled in transport. They were all crammed to one side of the box. Bought a weeping cherry and the leaves were wilting. It looked rough. Still working to get it looking healthy. I had also bought 20 one foot Leyland Cypress and when one died the replacement they sent me had a double leader. From what a couple arborist and a quick Google search they really shouldn't have sent that out at all. Had to cut off one leader and it's now growing unevenly and slower than the rest. Not satisfied, not happy.

I ordered 6 hydrangeas, 2 red and 4 blue nitric. The 4 arrived in great shape. I waited a week and the other 2 had NOT been shipped. Upon inquiry, I was informed they were shipped and received. The receive date given was for the 4 blue nitric. I have never received shipping notifications on the 2 red ones. One of the customer reps did tell me that they were "being prepared" for shipment. AGAIN, no email notifying me of shipment. Approx a week later, the 2 were shipped and looked like they had been exposed to dry heat for several days. The first 4 were in great shape, the next 2 are now beginning to look like they will live.

The plants were fine when they arrived although smaller then I had expected. The main problem was in the shipping. 10 days after I ordered them, I had not heard about shipping. I called to find out what had happened. The service representative looked up my order and said she had to check something. After waiting 15 minutes and she did not come back I hung up. However my plants did then arrive two days later.

Ordered a tree and it arrived in great condition exactly as advertised. I got a better tree than I could get locally and for a lower price.
My order was damaged at first and was also looking very weak and dry when it arrived. Around 1ft at the top was broken. They shipped me the second tree and it was amazing looking and perfect. Thank you for great customer service.
With reference to the above, after they a were transplanted about a week later, they kept on blooming.
Received white pine, ordered white spruce. They made good on the mistake right away. Would have been a five-star rating but I didn't expect the trees would be that little...
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
