I purchased 10 thuja green giants, 8 4'-5' and 2 5'-6'. There is an $8.99 handling fee for the 5'-6' trees and they cost additional money. One of the trees received was the exact height if not shorter than my 8 other trees which were cheaper and had no handling fee (so I feel robbed) and the last tree came in at 6' but literally by a twig sticking up with no foliage on it. So again, I paid extra and got less. Save your money and just buy the 4'-5' trees as the "taller" ones are a scam.

Evergreens came in small pots &were very healthy, growing really good after 2 months.

I've ordered several items and have been satisfied with the experience. I received a credit when 1 tree arrived damaged and customer service was very helpful.

First two - daisies. You have to take pictures and send them to the company to prove they are dead... Then you get replacements. Same thing with my dogwood trees. The daisies and the trees are all dead. They arrive completely dry, leaves falling off.

Japanese maple arrived in great condition and doing well one month out!

I purchased the little tree but then I saw them at Home Depot for $14.
Why was this so pricey!? I had no idea they were actually so inexpensive to buy.
I feel bamboozled.

They arrived alive and now they thrive!

Fast shipping, but not grow at all even the trees are alive (still green).

The information provided was helpful. We live at the beach in NC and we wanted some fruit trees. Using the grow maps I selected trees that should grow. So far they are doing well. I bought some fertilizer, soil and gator water bladder to help as suggested. The trees seem to be starting to grow now.

I ordered a total of 4 trees - 3 apple, 1 peach. They were shipped automatically based on my zone but early April for northern MA/southern NH still gets very cold and can snow. Trees arrived well packaged. Within a week, leaves started turning brown and falling off. I spoke with customer service (who was fantastic!) and reviewed everything - she couldn't pin point a reason either. Nearly 2 months after arrival, only 1 tree is still going strong. The other 3 are dying. All leaves are gone and small scratch test on the branches is brown. Scratch test on then trunks are still green (still alive!) but as the weeks pass, the green is only on the very lowest point of the trunk now. I would still order again but definitely recommend getting the insurance to cover issues like this.

I wasn't aware that these trees were as immature as they were. It'll take a long time to get to how they appeared in the picture. On the other hand, it will be fun to watch them develop. Trees were boxed without openings so I was concerned about their survival but they are thriving
