So excited for the free lavender! I lost one plant (poor soil) and had seeds that never germinated this spring. Hoping my lavender luck improves!
Trees are healthy but don't be fooled by the "2-3ft". I was expecting a couple year old tree that is 2-3ft not a seedling on a 3ft high graft. Trees this size are usually around 45 bucks at the local green house.
The 2 crepe myrtletrees that were delivered looked more like end of season trees on sale fromHome Depot, rather than a quality tree supplier.

Third try on the same order, the shipment was in April, plants arrived healthy and in good shape. Suggest you not ship citrus when freezing weather is expected on the shipping route. I appreciate that you replaced the dead plants twice, that was good business practice. I am happy now to have a healthy lime plant.

Yes they will sell you the one year guarantee but you will get a gift card no refund to buy the next overpriced item. Better off going to local nursery
This company charges restocking fee if you want to return something and shipping. So if you say you won't return it they give you 15$ off so they don't have to take the overpriced items back!

Thank you for the feedback! Shipping plants to and from customers will severely weaken and may even kill the plant which is why we have to charge for restocking. In most cases we would have to dispose of the plant. We always try to work with a customer who is not happy with their plants so that they do not have to go through this process.
I ordered about 6 trees in total. Most were very healthy and beautiful. 2 of the trees were wilted. I called to let them know and without hassle or hesitation, they sent me 2 new trees that were very healthy!

I planted my Korean Lilac tree one day after receiving it. The tree looked okay at the beginning but it now has dry leaves with brown spots on them. The trunk of the tree has orange and yellow paint on what looks like an area where a cut was made. I contacted customer service on day 13 (5/24/22) to explain what was going on and sent photos. The customer service representative said she would get back with me. I have heard nothing back as of 5/27/22. The tree is now looking more stressed. I am documenting everything with photos.

I ordered 2 double rose trees and both of them died. I paid for the year warrenty and when I tried to get Them replaced they couldn't find a invoice # so I'm just out.
